I thought this would be a bit more sheer, but it’s pretty vibrant. Might as well be lipstick. Glad I tried it on the back of my hand before leaving the house with it on my lips. Once I knew how it’d look, I was able to get the color intensity right, and now I love it! I just wish they had more/lighter shades, or at least that it wasn’t so intense. It’s not sticky or goopy, it’s pretty smooth. As for the taste, it’s Lip Smackers! Of course it tastes sweet, just like a cherry candy!

I’m so happy with this because it’s better, cuter and more affordable than the MILK one. I find that this goes on with more hydration and more subtly than that version and that’s a plus because you can’t build, blend, or correct as well with the other one. For me personally, the only thing that didn’t work was the color because I need a true red and this is more of an orange red. I would love to see them release more colors because I would get them all. I would love a nice flight of reds/pinks/berries like the ones you see from some K beauty brands, for example. I see people here mentioning the leaking but that is exactly like the MILK products. I think this type of product is always a little bit leaky when you first get it because that’s how the manufacturer ensures that you get enough pigment with your product. This goes away after applying it once or twice. If you’re into makeup, it’s totally worth giving this one a gander especially for the price. It’s a fun, novel experience.

I really wanted to love this Hello Kitty lipgloss. There was a lot I liked about it. It smells amazing, the color is pretty, it’s big and juicy. The problem I had was I couldn’t get past the texture. It’s a bouncy, jelly like lip gloss and the stain it leaves feels wet, too wet for me. I gave it to my daughter and she is happier with it. I think it was great quality and a fun item, just not for me.

I love both the cherry(pink) and apple(red). The cherry is definitely brighter and deposits more color, with the apple being more subtle. They both smell great, taste is just meh. When using as a cheek stain, the product can feel a bit tacky, but not so much that like your hair sticks to it or anything, just be sure to blend it in with your fingertips. All in all, I love a good cheek and lip stain, and I do recommend!

SO staining!! The color is crimson and it takes only a few tiny, very light swipes for this lip gel balm stuff to stain the ever living daylights out of your lips, cheeks, and nose. Seriously, go easy with it at first. You might even want to put it on your fingertip and then dab it onto your lips or nose or cheeks. But then wash your fingertip because it will also stain. I actually love this about the lip balm because I like my products to last a long time. I’m active, and just like anyone, I want my stuff to work! And this does. I mean it really absolutely definitely does. It also smells positively delightful. I bought three of them. Plus who doesn’t love Hello Kitty? Oh! Also, the cap stays on super tight. It’s not going to fall off in your bag and jeopardize everything else inside. That’s a definite plus as well.

I got this for my niece and she loves it! The Hello Kitty packaging is adorable and makes it feel special. The jelly texture is fun to poke at and apply. On her lips it gives just a light cherry tint — nothing too strong — and on the cheeks it adds a cute little rosy glow. It smells sweet like cherries, which she really enjoys. It’s moisturizing and very gentle, so I feel good about her using it as a starter “makeup” product. Great for playtime or a little sparkle for special outings!

It works better as a lip stain. As blush it dries out B4 you finish applying and you need to reset with water but the process is messy. The cap has an issue where it doesn't fully shut anymore. It's messy enough that I won't take it in my bag cuz I'm afraid of it leaking. Smells nive
