Gives the driver a much better view. Only problem is, I am old and if I smile tooo big, my yellow theeth make look old, like ulgy. Still a good mirror for Dodge, and my Jeep TJ.,

I was hesitant to purchase this clip on rear view mirror after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I'm so glad that I did. This rear view mirror offers excellent clarity, the ability to see so the way across the back seat area and out all three rear seat area windows. I have not experienced any distortion, nor dizziness using this mirror. I feel safer week I drive because of the greater outside area exposed to me now when driving. It could be a little more tightly clamped. Because as some have said, it is somewhat prone to come loose if you need to move your mirror to see something else. However, it's so much larger than the OEM mirror, I find little need to reposition, as i did frequently with the OEM did to its smaller size. I'll update my review, after spouse ahas had a chance to drive the auto and use if. He can, also, give his opinion. SHOULD it pop off and break, as some others have complained, will definitely let everyone know. I'm trusting this will be a great 12"x3" clip on rear view mirror that will lasta very long time with proper care. For $13, I think it's a great find and am SO THRILLED to have found it on Amazon! This is a MUCH better option, in my opinion, than paying $289 PLUS INSTALLATION for an OEM part. UPDATE... WELL, THE SPOUSE HATES IT! He states that he sees more of the inside of the car now instead of the outside and rear view traffic. He is not a fan...

Fits real good. It adjust nicely on my car mirror. Real easy to install. Great view. Love it.

I like this mirror overall. It is exceedingly helpful on congested highways & freeways. The only reservations I have are: 1. The mirror extends too far to the left and actually shows the driver's face. This is a bit unnerving until one gets used to the fact that this is a function of the mirror. However, the visibility on the right is largely outstanding. 2. Unlike "standard" mirrors, the view in this one is of the "vehicles are closer than they appear in mirror" type. That takes time to get used to as well. I would strongly recommend getting used to the difference in less congested places before trying it in rush hour or at night. This recommendation is for ALL drivers of a vehicle in which this mirror is placed. Positive aspects: 1. Incredibly easy to "install." It simply clips right over the existing rear view mirror mounted on the windshield. It is sturdy too. I thought for sure if I kept stretching to fit over my mirror I was going to break the wide-angled one. I shouldn't have been concerned about that. 2. It does not vibrate while driving. I was concerned that, as a "fit over mirror" object that there would be vibration in the view. Not so. This is particularly beneficial at night and in inclement weather. There are likely other pros and cons to this but for me personally, this fit the bill for my needs, was not expensive and well worth the purchase.

It's a good product to have, a 1st time for myself, it took a few minutes to adjust to it because of the extra viewing area, not like a rear view mirror but a side view for both driver's and passenger side in one mirror also I noticed that it doesn't blind me at night when someone behind me is running their high beams on (I do a lot of night driving) all in all a good product for my vehicle and the price sealed the deal

Works as a wide angle mirror should in my 4-door Camry. Firmly attaches to factory existing rear view mirror. No shaking while driving, which is nice. The glass is clear (which I prefer) and NOT BLUE like other mirrors. I can see the view out the Right rear quarter window without turning my head around at all. Altogether, this mirror covers the entire rear window, the entire Right rear quarter window, and a portion of the Right front passenger window. Good coverage.

When you first begin using the mirror you will feel a bit disturbed by the reflection. Your gaze will wander from the road and then, just as if you had dropped a knife, you will freeze in horror as your reflection locks into your eyes. Who is that? Is there someone in the car with you? No. You are alone. Abandoned further so by the hours and minutes you lost at work that day. You will look away in horror, grip the steering wheel so as to not lose all sense of yourself. Something there has to be real. You'll turn the radio on, then off. Hold back the tears, the screams, the laughs. Everyday from then on you will be there, every mile, every seat belt pull. Eventually, someone hops in your car and comments on the mirror. They say something stupid about the mirror, that your’re an old man for using it. But they could have said anything and still be mistaken. The only place you exist is in that mirror. That mirror and those brief moments of existential terror are the only time you feel alive. The way you will judge yourself through the mirror will dwarf all other influences in your life. Eventually you will grow accustomed to your own presence in your car, your work, your home and everywhere else. You will love the mirror, but you will never look back.

I didn't realize it, nor did I read any reviews that stated exactly how these mirrors work- they shrink the size of the view down to increase the panoramic view of the mirror. Which means once you've installed it, you're looking at a much smaller scale of objects/cars in the back and [somewhat more] side views than with the full sized mirror, if you could see side views before. This takes some getting used to, since probably your whole driving life you've been viewing objects at a much larger size and have been gauging distance/proximity based on the larger view. Easy to install? Yes. Easy to view? Yes, if you can get used to the smaller scale. Eliminating blind spots? Not exactly--you'd be foolish to try and gauge blind spot objects through this mirror alone since it can't possibly show them on the sides. It's an absolute necessity to continue using the car's side mirrors and in my case, the side view blind spot mirrors are already installed to truly see blind spots where cars creep up the sides. The side blind spot mirrors are more of a life saver than this wider- view mirror. So in conclusion- while the product appears to be made well, installs on my 2018 Camry quite well, does increase the width of the view- either you're going to like viewing the smaller scale or you'll want to go back to a less wide view at a larger size. In my case, I'm still adjusting to the smaller scale of viewing objects, so I have yet to determine if it's a keeper or just a flashy idea raved about on Amazon. Bottom Line- DO NOT expect this mirror to eliminate side blind stops- It DOES NOT! EDIT UPDATE 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT/FIRST USING: I've acclimated to the mini-me view the mirror affords, and it is definitely advantageous compared to the restricted but larger view of the conventional rear view mirror that is stock on my Camry. It does take a while to get used to the smaller scale view, but once you are comfortable with the scope of the view, it's size, etc., you can start to look at the widened view more efficiently and spot potential cars behind you where you couldn't before with the narrower view. At this point, I'll probably stick with using this mirror and not go back to the narrower view mirror. Worth considering if you value heightened road awareness...

This attaches easily. Good quality. I’m happy with the increased field of vision. It’s helped me feel much safer changing lanes by practically eliminating a small blind spot while shoulder checking. I’m happy I got this.

Al tener una minusvalía auditiva, la DGT me exige por ley llevar un espejo interior panorámico que cubra un campo de visión mucho mayor del habitual para compensar la falta de audición, y este modelo cumple con la normativa a la perfección.Lo he instalado en mi Citroën Xsara Picasso y el resultado es impecable. Tenía miedo de que por la forma del coche o del espejo original no encajara bien, pero qué va: el sistema de clips extensibles que trae es una maravilla. Se engancha con muchísima firmeza sobre el espejo de serie en cuestión de segundos, sin herramientas y sin dañar nada. No se mueve absolutamente nada, ni siquiera al pasar por baches o badenes, algo que me preocupaba bastante porque muchos de estos espejos suelen vibrar y distorsionar la imagen. Este se queda completamente fijo.La visibilidad que da es una auténtica pasada. Al ser gran angular, elimina por completo los puntos ciegos laterales. Ahora puedo controlar todo lo que ocurre a mi alrededor de un solo vistazo, sin necesidad de girar la cabeza de forma exagerada.
