Gerät ist sehr gut zu handhaben, harte sowie weiche Gemüsesorten ließen sich sehr gut schneiden. Die Reinigung in der Spülmaschine war problemlos.

Grundsätzlich ok man kann sich nicht so leicht schneiden, aber die Schneidmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt - nur Scheiben schneiden ist etwas wenig.

Works great right out of the box, (with minor assembly). Does exactly what it says it does. Haven't used the julienne function yet but I am sure it will work just fine. This is the first mandoline I have use which doesn't scare me. When I was a chef I had sliced my finger too many times with professional mandolins and this one is much easier to use.
