I honestly could not be happier with this purchase. I’m absolutely in love with my new phone! The battery life is super long, with only 9 percent being used in about 2 hours, the quality of my camera is so clear, my volume is loud and can be extremely quiet when I want it, the side button is super handy to help me focus when I need it. If you do want something bigger, go for the pro max, but I didn’t care about the size. Of course, it is on the more expensive side, but the quality makes up for it. I also recommend the warranty, especially for a phone, when anything can happen in this day and age. I’m, personally, quite clumsy. The clarity of my screen is also very nice.

This product cost way to much for it to be sent off with “fixes” that aren’t done properly, I know this is a replacement screen on here which would be fine if they put on one that isn’t a cheap POS, the screen smears constantly and has a sticky feel to it, try cleaning it off and it smears more because it’s missing the top coat that GOOD QUALITY screens have. Finally got it cleaned decently and figure I’ll put a screen protector on it because a good quality screen protector is always needed but in this case it’s also needed because it will come with a top coat that makes it smooth unlike the cheap actual screen underneath that doesn’t have that top coat because they trying to skip corners to save money. However the screen protector will NOT adhere properly to there crap screen! Literally small to medium bubbles that will not go away, it’s not from not cleaning screen before installing either, screen is clean, I’ve tried 5 screen protectors of different kinds that I can’t get my money back on those now…thanks guys for making me waste money on all those too FYI. But even the simple to use screen protectors that you put in the box and pull the tab to install the protector doesn’t work!! I’ve installed hundreds of screen protectors so it’s NOT user error trust me. Anyways I also notice at bottom right corner of screen the screen looks wavy?? Like they messed up with install or something, you have to look at it at an angle to see it, but it’s there, looks watery or wavy. Do you all not inspect before sending phones off?! This is absolutely ridiculous and now I’m in a dilemma because I can’t send it back right now because I don’t have another phone to use it mean time! I’m beyond frustrated, if I use it with screen protector bubbles, if I use it without then I have a tacky smeared screen and what looks to be a mess up at the bottom right of screen, and I dunno what to do, 700 dollars is a lot to waste on beyond sub par product, this isn’t like an 100 dollar throw away android device or something. I need this phone because I don’t have another to use in mean time but I want a replacement or something, this is frustrating!!!

This Renewed Premium unit arrived in pristine condition, offering a high-end feel With 512GB of storage, it provides ample storage making it an exceptional value for those seeking flagship performance without the brand-new price tag. It came with a charging cable (type C-type C), but without the USB-C charging adapter/output. I believe for Amazon Premium Renewed it normally comes with the package but that wasn’t going to be a deal breaker. We encountered repeated connectivity drops and inconsistent progress over WiFi; after a few unsuccessful attempts we decided to opt for a wired connection via PC and ITunes. We used a standard USB-C cable (not the high-speed USB 3.0 or 4.0 variant) • Method: Wired USB-C to USB-C (Standard Speed) • Data Size: ~200GB+ • Total Time: Approximately 3 hours-4 hours There was definitely a significant wait time; although the wired method proved to be reliable, but also requiring a 2 step process, backing data from the old phone to PC then restoring to new phone. A more efficient solution for the wired method is to use the “Super Speed” cables such as USB 3.0 variants or USB 4. Subsequent backups and restorations required a fraction of the time. As of the 3rd week of April 2026, even after a full quarter of heavy use, our iPhone 16 Pro is performing just as smoothly as day 1; the battery health still holds at 100% and the battery cycle is now 120. We are quite pleased with the purchase and how seamlessly the device has been working thus far!

Update: My IPhone in a month and a half is now 93% battery. Seems a bit low. I charge between 20-80%. My iPhone 12 Pro died on me on a trip back home from the beach two days ago. It got stuck on the reboot loop and never could get it out after trying just about everything except the battery change. Made the decision it was easier to go ahead and upgrade, so went with the 16 pro renewed with some hesitation. However, the phone arrived on time overnight and has no scratches anywhere on it. I chose the lowest storage they sell now in desert color. The screen and speed all work well. No glitches or issues getting it set up. The only thing that was sketchy to me is the fact that if you lose your phone or can't access it in some way like I couldn't .. it was super difficult getting past 2 factor authentications with banks and other platforms. So be aware that you should have a different backup should this happen. I don't use a laptop or any other computer outside of my phone and an older iPad. The iPad saved me.. but limited. I waited too long to change battery on this after four almost five years with it. Having said that, it took a whole day but got all my access back to my phone and recovered from the backup. The phone itself has no scratches I can see anywhere on it. Looks and feels new. The battery life came with 98%. The cycles were higher than other people posting here even though I paid for the premium highest quality used phone they had. It has 270 cycles. Consulting with AI it doesn't seem to matter as much. It seems to think the battery percent age maximum is more important. So the 98% is good. So I am pleased with it and now just playing with the new features of ios26 today getting things set up again. Phone appears pretty much unused. Battery health was at 100% with 2 charge cycles out of the box. Every part is genuine (more specifically there have been no repairs). The screen does not have a scratch of any kind. The body of the phone is physically flawless except for a single horizontal scratch on the back above the apple logo. It’s not very deep but it’s clearly visible even on Natural Titanium. I personally don’t mind because it will covered by a case, but I’m giving it 4 stars for that. I don’t want to be overly critical but we *are* paying for Refurbished Premium over Refurbished Excellent for a reason. If I could give it a 4.5 I would! All of the main things you really care about with refurbished phones are here—genuine parts, fresh battery, flawless screen. For all intents and purposes this is a brand new phone.

Good phone. This is the second one I ordered. Amazon sent it as the replacement for the one they lost. It had a few small scratches but basically looks new. It says the battery is 100%. Dealing with Amazon was a hassle. It was over a week late.

Cumple con lo que se describe, estéticamente está excelente, la batería viene en 98%. Solo no estuve satisfecha con el embalaje. Ya que la caja del teléfono venía dentro de una caja súper grande de Amazon y el celular se salió de su caja, es decir venía suelto en la caja grande, su propia caja no venía con sellos dé seguridad. Afortunadamente, a pesar de eso, todo está bien. Funciona perfecto
