LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Great Hall 75954 Building Kit and Magic Castle Toy, Fantasy Creatures, Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy and Hagrid (878 Pieces)

This set was fun to build, and pretty straight-forward too. The pictures-only manual only led me astray once (the strangely fiddly hinges for the top of the tower, that didn't seem to line up at first...), and it's strangely addictive, as some parts were mystifying while being put together, and only made sense once you actually put them into the rest of the model. I did have a couple of minor niggles: I was missing a piece! A single, one-piece block, that appeared in the instructions, but was absent from the set. It was for the base of one of the buttresses on the outside of the hall, and while I ended up with a couple of pieces among the extras I could have used, I didn't know at the time if they were needed for something else! There was another case of one of the pieces being a different color than the manual indicated, but that was it, apart from that, it all went together pretty nicely. The finished model is wonderful, even if not all the bits seem built entirely to the same scale. The inclusion of 10 mini-figures means you can recreate most scenes from the films, even if getting Quirrel, but not Snape seems a bit odd. It's a little disappointing that there's only room for two of the four house banners to be hung up (though both are double-sided, so you can pick which ones you want to display), and it's not easy to reach inside the Hall once it's put together to get figures into it, but littler builders with smaller hands will have no problems. Overall, a fun set to build, and display. My only real complaint was that I wish it was bigger, and more complete version of the Hogwarts Castle, but I'm not a Lego fanatic, so I could have missed that, or maybe it's coming in the future?

What could have been a 4 star review, Turned into a five star. because I am not a box collector. This lego set is amazing and beautiful. And I'm so happy I bought it. It did come in a pretty beat up box. All the pieces and packaging were there perfectly. I would buy more from this Seller.

As a fan of both intricate building sets and the magic of wizards and spells, this set was an absolute joy to put together. With nearly 900 pieces, it was a fun and immersive build that kept my 8-year-old engaged for a couple of days. It was the perfect level of challenge—not too easy, but not frustratingly difficult either. I was really impressed with the level of detail. Every little feature captured the essence of the iconic location, making it instantly recognizable. The included characters added to the excitement, bringing the whole scene to life. Once completed, it looked fantastic—a true display-worthy piece that felt well worth the time and effort. Whether for play or display, I couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. It’s a perfect mix of creativity and nostalgia, and I’d absolutely recommend it to any fellow fans of building and magic!

Despite me having to sell my kidney to pay for how expensive this set was, it is pretty awesome. I originally thought it was the whole castle and was a little disappointed since it's just the great hall, but the fact that you can see the inside and it comes with a ton of characters is pretty cool. Lots of fun to build! Great gift over all.

Our 4 year old son loves legos but he is drawn to the older in age sets such as this one. I end up building these sets and this was the largest I've assembled to date. I appreciate how each step was broken down into bite size steps and it didn't feel overwhelming. The next biggest I've done, Lego Batman Batmobile, was a real chore and maybe 100-200 less pieces. The instructions were almost flawless and we put in around 4 hours plus breaks and lunch from start till finish. Super cool and super fun as well! Excellent value with everything you recieve as well!

This is a pricey set, but there's a lot of value in it. We got it as a centerpiece birthday present and it was a big hit, as you can imagine. Minifigs, even generic ones, aren't cheap. The ten Potter-specific ones that come with this set add a lot of value. That's before you get to the fact that this works as both an advanced building set and as an interesting play setting. Lots of detail, bits and bobs, (sorting hat), and goofy accessories, (basilisk?), add a great deal to the play value and the overall appeal and value of the set. So, we were happy and G'son was happy. Mission accomplished.

We gave this to our 5 year old for Christmas and then spent the next 2 days helping him build it. The kit includes a bunch of Harry Potter characters' mini figures which is a super bonus. The layout is the Great Hall, Dumbledore's office with spiral staircase, and the Entrance Hall (sort of) with a dock for the rowboat. It's a great kit, fun to build, and our boys have a great time acting out moments from the books with it.

Si eres fan de Harry Potter , este es el castillo de tus sueños. Trae muchos detalles como el sombrero seleccionador, el ave fenix, el basilisco, pequeñas escaleras que se mueven , el gran comedor, las banderas del equipo ganador etc. Simple y sencillamente lo ame. Lo unico que creo que le falta al castillo es el baño y la llorona Myrtle, pero no se puede tener todo en la vida. Lo que tiene el castillo es excelente y tiene un tamaño perfecto.

GREAT SET. This lego set is one of the best Great Halls yet. I love how the exterior actually looks like the outside of the Hogwarts Great Hall. Out of everything LEGO has done, this is one of the most accurate ones so far
