Comfortable for long hours
I bought this chair for my work desk and it’s been a great upgrade. Very comfortable for long hours, especially with the lumbar support and adjustable armrests. The build feels solid and the mesh keeps it breathable throughout the day. Setup was easy and it looks clean and professional in my workspace. Definitely worth it.

I have to say that this is a good chair
I've been using the FLEXISPOT ErgoX Premium chair for a couple of weeks now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels premium, and the ergonomic design makes a huge difference during long work sessions. The adjustable 3D armrests and lumbar support are fantastic — I was able to customize everything easily to fit my posture perfectly. The seat cushion is firm but comfortable, and the mesh back keeps me cool even after hours of sitting. I’m 6'2” (190 cm) and it fits me perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, the chair feels sturdy, and the tilt mechanism is smooth and supportive. I've used several office chairs before, but this is by far the most comfortable and well-designed one I've owned. Highly recommended for anyone who works long hours at a desk!

Flexispot ERGO-X PRO office ergonomic chair with footrest.
The chair was easy for my husband to assemble, and the parts appear to be sturdy. Took him 35-45 mins. It was packaged securely, although the box was already opened when it arrived at our front door. This is my first day using the chair, and so far it has been comfortable. I appreciate the thickness of the seat cushion, as well as the reclining feature and footrest. I do wish the footrest had thicker, softer padding for added comfort. I really like the lumbar support and the ability to adjust it to fit my height. The armrests are also a nice feature — they move up/down, in multiple directions to the sides and rotate 360 degrees. I gave it 4 stars because the box was opened upon delivery and the headrest is slightly uncomfortable for my height (5'1").

Love this chair!
I’m very happy with this chair. It’s comfortable, breathable, and supportive for long hours of work. The lumbar support helps my back feel better, and the seat feels firm but not hard. The armrests adjust easily, the recline is smooth, and the footrest is great for short breaks. The chair feels sturdy and well made, and the value for the price is excellent. Highly recommend!

Sturdy and very comfortable office chair.
Second update on 2/15: After the initial frustration wore off I contacted Flexispot regarding the defective chair. I was worried as to how this would be handled because once you assemble this thing it is not an easy thing to transport. They promptly responded and asked for a description of the issue and some pictures. They quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. They were very easy to work with and very responsive. It is a nice chair and although I received a defective one, Flexispot is a reputable company and stood behind their product. That deserves 5 stars. Update on 2/12: After less than one month, the cylinder that adjusts the height of the chair has failed. For a product that costs as much as it does, this should not happen. I weigh 175lbs so it's not like I am overloading it. Now it just sits at the lowest level which won't work for me. Returning this thing is going to be a huge pain... Original review: My old mesh office chair had been showing its age so I decided it was time to replace it. I have a Fexispot desk and really like the quality so I decided to try a Flexispot chair. My old chair had a mesh seat but this time I opted for the foam seat with everything else being mesh. I am very happy with my decision. It's a very sturdy and robust chair. I am not an overly large person and it's the perfect size for me. Excellent support in every aspect. The foam seat is very comfortable for long gaming sessions. It's actually more comfortable than my old chair with the mesh seat. The reclining feature works great and the leg rest is very nice for when I want to relax and watch content online. The casters roll very smoothly on the plastic floor protector that I have. It is a little more expensive than my old chair but I bought that 7 years ago. If this one lasts that long it will be well worth the cost.

Makes The Ikea Markus Top-Tier
Yeahhh...this one’s a no-go for me, which sucks because I was genuinely excited about it. That bulbous lumbar support...no matter the setting...absolutely wrecks my back. It’s all I feel. On top of that, the mesh grabs and bunches my clothes every time I lean back. Cross-legged sitting (one leg tucked under the other) is impossible...it just digs into the frame. There’s no good position or workaround. Speaking of the frame...I’ve never experienced this with other chairs, but the front edge of the seat literally makes my legs fall asleep. Leg/foot rest? Gimmick. Janky implementation with more frame digs on bare ankles. The headrest sounds nice in theory, until you shift your position and it clacks down, forcing yet another readjustment. At the same time, the armrests clack forward because you have to push on them to scoot into position while using the headrest. End result: trying to get comfortable while the chair actively fights you at every joint. Absolute mess with the end result being that bulbus lumbar thing killing your back. Like damn...I need a break from this "comfortable" chair! Back to my Ikea Markus F-tier brick until I find something else. Which is more comfortable than this, if that tells you anything 😂

Feels like a cheap plastic chair! Decent chair but overpriced for what you get.
The head rest moves as soon as you lay your head on it. Considering the price the quality is that of a $200 chair. It fits my body well so hopefully it will be comfortable for long hours but if I would have been able to experience this chair before buying it, I would have never paid the $600 for it. You can get an equally good chair for half the price here on Amazon. My overall opinion is that its way overpriced. You are simply paying an extra $250 for some additional adjustability.
