Why this one when there's cheaper? Cuz it works
So even with the flat screens there are still many benefits to using these protectors. Yes there are cheaper alternatives but every review I've read sais "this is cheaper and easy to install." To that I say, yes but have you dropped your phone? The real test isn't the installation. The real test is waiving your phone drunkenly at 2 am outside the club and watching your phone slow-mo clatter onto the concrete. I van assure you these survive that test. DURABILITY: I've used these on about 4 phones now and this is the 5th one. People always talk about how there are cheaper protectors but I've had experience with actual nasty drops on these and they have saved my phone every time. In fact I once didn't feel like replacing a cracked one i removed off of my old pixel 3xl and deeply regretted it cuz I dropped it soon after and the screen shattered. INCREASED VALUE: I am also usually able to resell my phones at higher value because when peeling these off for sale my screens are like-new. No scratches, scuffs, or marks and any light scratches are healed by the cured adhesive. FINGERPRINT REGISTRY: My fingerprints register perfectly on this. So much so I was using the included second protector to line up how I did after I installed it on my s24U and it was registering my touches through both protectors. Every cheaper, easy-to-install substitute, the reviews always talk about fingerprint issues or they need to be registered. I have never had that issue with these. It also leaves no fingerprint. The oleophobic coating on these is great for clammy hands like myself so I'm not constantly wiping my screen. INSTALL PROCESS: yes these are extremely tricky to install but they've made it easier over time, and with phones going back to flat screens, this is as easy as it gets. They also replace them under warranty which I've used before so if you botch one you can likely ask for a replacement. But it does come with 2 at least. If by chance you mess up both, you can buy just the glass parts without rebuying the whole kit which is much cheaper (around $10) CASE FITMENT: Currently using this with my spigen case (pictured) and no issues with fitment or lifting. Fits snug as a glove. TIP: easiest way to install this is right when you get the phone. Apply it in the bathroom after running hot water in the shower for a few min to let the steam bring down any dust on the air and follow the instructions to a T. Let the glue sit a little bit so every drop gets out. This is important as it will ensure there is enough glue to cover the screen. I cannot stress enough to follow directions to a T. Watch a few videos even. TLDR: these are pricey and they are tricky to install but with the rising costs of phones and this one being $1300 spending $30 or so to install this is a small sacrifice and is well worth it. Once installed right l, these don't disappoint. They have no fingerprint issues, will greatly reduce fingerprints, and will completely protect your screen from nasty drops. They even come with a limited warranty for replacements. This is still worth buying today despite the screens going back to flat.

Worth it!
I have been using Whitestone Dome since the first curved-screen Samsung phone. This is my fifth or sixth one. Is the installation a little tedious and nerve-wracking? Yes. Even after at least 10 installations (including multiple times on the same phone), I still get a little anxious putting them on. However, the final result is definitely worth it. I have cracked many of these screen protectors, but I have never damaged a single one of my phones. Whitestone Dome’s warranty is great—if you crack a screen protector, they’ll send you a new one. The process is fairly straightforward and easy. Another significant benefit is its ability to retain fingerprint sensing. Since Samsung uses an ultrasonic sensor, good acoustic conductivity is important. Having a solid interface between the screen and the screen protector helps with its functionality. I believe most negative reviews come from people who either made mistakes during installation or were frustrated by the intricate process. It’s definitely not the easiest screen protector to install, but in the end, it’s absolutely worth it. While I understand people’s frustration with the installation, I truly believe this is one of the best screen protectors you can trust for your phone. If you want an easy screen protector install, this one isn’t it. But if you want a protector that will safeguard your phone, preserve its original functionality, and be nearly invisible, this is the one for you.

Whitestone Dome Glass - Hard Pass 🤮
While the concept seems to be next level, The execution is trash... The instructions are frustratingly poor, I needed to watch several YouTube videos to see the necessary steps and placement of all the items, even then it was never made clear which side of the glass should be facing away from the phone or towards the phone (maybe it doesn't matter?). The item came with 3 total protector applications...The first attempt was a complete disaster as the adhesive only covered about 80% of the screen after following the directions and waiting over 10 minutes for the adhesive to disperse like the directions indicated it would (it didn't). Attempted to use the small weight that the kit came with to apply pressure to distribute the adhesive over the last 20% of the protectors but it did not help at all. Since it was covered in dried adhesive at this point, it was discarded and the second cover was used. After thoroughly cleaning the phone screen again and setting the phone up in the frame, The adhesive was again used according to the directions but came up short on covering the entire screen again. The second protector was then discarded and the third screen was employed. On the third attempt the amount of adhesive seemed adequate and the UV light was used according to the directions and seemed to work. After all was said and done there seem to be eight tiny pixel sized standoff (bumps) on the the corners and along the sides of the protector that, although very tiny, we're noticeable but not a deal breaker. (Still unsure to this day whether or not the cover should have been put on face down instead of face up or vice versa). I reset the thumbprint and adjusted sensitivity and all was working fine for approximately 3 days until a haze formed on the upper 20% of the screen. It was only noticeable when the screen was off. Again, not a deal breaker...The problem came approximately 2 days later when the screen started to lift off on both upper corners and along the left edge...After another 2 days it got so bad it needed to be peeled off and discarded...So, 40 to 50 bucks was wasted on two discarded protectors during instillation after following the directions closely and the third protector lasting about a week...Since I registered the item, I am eligible for a free replacement which also requires me to pay $10 for shipping! (So, it's free...Not free...).Why would I do that??? I am still searching for a decent screen protector. I don't care how much it costs, just want it to protect my screen and remain on the phone unnoticeable for a reasonable amount of time...

5-Star Review: Top-Tier Screen Protection for Galaxy S24 Ultra!
I recently purchased the DOME GLASS Whitestone Screen Protector compatible with Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it has proven to be an outstanding investment. This screen protector offers exceptional durability and clarity, making it an excellent choice for safeguarding my phone. Unmatched Protection: The 9H tempered glass provides top-tier protection against scratches, drops, and impacts. I've accidentally dropped my phone a couple of times since applying this screen protector, and it has held up remarkably well with no signs of damage. Crystal Clear Clarity: The screen protector maintains the pristine clarity of my Galaxy S24 Ultra's display. There’s no reduction in screen brightness or touch sensitivity, ensuring a flawless viewing experience and smooth touch interactions. Bubble-Free Installation: One of my main concerns with screen protectors is the installation process, but the included installation kit and UV lamp made it a breeze. The adhesive spreads evenly without bubbles, and the alignment frame ensures a perfect fit. The UV curing step secures the protector firmly, making it look and feel like a professional installation. Durable and Long-Lasting: I've been using this screen protector for several weeks, and it still looks brand new. The oleophobic coating helps resist fingerprints and smudges, keeping the screen clean and clear with minimal maintenance. Great Value with 2-Pack: The fact that this comes in a 2-pack is fantastic value for money. It provides a backup or a protector for a second device, making it an economical and practical choice. Highly Recommend: In conclusion, I highly recommend the DOME GLASS Whitestone Screen Protector. It offers superb protection, clarity, and ease of installation, making it the best screen protector I’ve used for my Galaxy S24 Ultra. If you want to keep your phone’s screen in perfect condition, this is the product to get! Thank you, DOME GLASS, for creating such a high-quality product! 📱🔒✨

Functional product
Pretty decent jig for me! I just finished applying one of the screen protectors. As another review stated: take your time and watch the video. I wore gloves while applying and had extra alcohol on hand for cleanup. They could stand to include more alcohol wipes. The absorber straps help, but I definitely needed to clean excess resin from the protector top surface between the partial cure and full cure steps. Also needed to add a few drops of resin to the bottom edge of the screen protector prior to curing. I did this by pouring some from the extra tube out into a plastic dish and using one of the small plastic strips that the button cover stickers go on as a scoop to drip a small amount at a time to that area. The added resin does a great job of wicking up under the screen protector, though I did have to press that region down during the 15 second partial cure time to keep it fully adhered. Result was good; ended up with only one small (<1mm) bubble. Only do this when you can focus and take your time. Do not skip any steps, and be aware that the resin fluid is very thin and flows very quickly. It also began sticking to the screen protector during the tilting step, which was why I think I had to add more at the bottom.

It's expensive and tricky to install, but it will serve you well.
This is three phones I've installed these tempered glass protectors on so far. It's not the easiest install to make and they are on the pricey side (they used to only come with one glass sheet and now you get two and extra adhesives per kit -- value added over the years!), but they've saved my phones countless times from scratches and drops with minimal, if any, damage. I've always been very satisfied with this brand's protectors. The liquid adhesive acts like a mild scratch filler if your phone isn't new, which is a plus. The adhesive going from the center outward also means lower chances of air bubbles getting trapped under the protector. I've also never had issues with under-screen fingerprint readers, screen touch sensitivity, or screen clarity through these protectors. Installation isn't hard to do but it is on the tricky side. Go slowly, pay close attention to the instructions, and do everything on as level of a surface as possible. It looks absolutely gorgeous on the phone when done right, like it was professionally installed. You will need a USB C cable and something to power the included UV light through it, like a wall adapter or battery brick, once you get to the step of curing the adhesive.

Usually Whitestone Dome knocks it out of the park. This time, not so much.
This is a lengthy one, so buckle up buttercups. Also as a disclaimer, I was never raging mad or mad whatsoever during this whole process, just disappointed. First off I will say, I've used WSD for screen protectors for the better part of 10 years. Always phenomenal in protecting my screens from scratches and drops. However, this time they've let me down. Ordered this for a Galaxy S24 Ultra. I always get the 2 packs because, as usual, the first one NEVER goes to plan. As you can guess, just like the sun rises every day, the first attempt didn't go well. No harm, no foul as I always expect something unfortunate to happen on the first install attempt. What had happened was, a bubble formed at the step where you pull the pin that holds the glass just above the centered adhesive bubble. Once the glass dropped onto the bubble, it created an air bubble within the adhesive bubble. I cleaned everything up, went and did something else for about 5 to 10 minutes to make sure everything was dry and I began the second attempt. Always, the second install attempt works out perfect. However, the exact same thing happened at the exact same step. I scratched my head a bit because I've never had that happen twice in a row BUT there's a first for everything; I also just thought I had lost my finesse over the 2 years since I've installed one. Again, cleaned up, waited for a bit and started over except this time I pulled out the second glass in the two pack instead of reusing the first for a third time. I thought maybe the first glass might have been slightly tweaked by manufacturing so surely the second one would be straight, right? Can you guess what happened a third time at the EXACT SAME STEP? At that point, I'm finished because I have used all of the adhesive tubes, the absorption pads, the dust removal stickers, the screen wipes, pretty much everything you can only use once is now exhausted. Now, do I believe the first glass was tweaked and causing this issue at this point? No. The fact that it happened with a fresh piece of glass pretty much debunks that theory. So now I'm a little frustrated because I spent an hour or so trying to put a screen protector on that should have only taken me about 30 minutes tops for 2 attempts. What I believe is causing the issue is the step where you pull the pin to drop the glass on the centered bubble. Somehow it was shocking the adhesive bubble or trapping air as it came down thus creating the air bubble every time. I had mentioned that in the first message I sent to them, which I'll get into now. So after all this, I waited a couple days to collect my thoughts and details of what happened and tried to contact them directly on their website contact options. The first message, I explained my situation in great detail, even more so than the above, and was just looking for a solution to the problem. I also gave insight of what I thought might be causing the air bubble issue, like I did above, to help them out as a kind consumer. I suggested that maybe instead of a "drop" of the glass, they have a pin that had a gradual drop. Like a pin that has some sort of ramp on it that let's it down slowly to not have any chance of trapping air in the adhesive bubble. However, after a week went by, I had no answer; not even a "we've received your message" email. Yes, I checked to make sure I had spelled my email address correctly. I decided I wanted to try contacting them again because I want to resolve the issue and just plain want to help improve their product. Unlike some people who trash products in reviews because they don't work perfectly right away or they misuse them or are just plain uneducated on what the product is ACTUALLY for, I like to help to adjust. We're at 2 and a half weeks, today, and still not one reply, message, notification; just radio silence. It's disappointing, really, because as I said at the beginning, I've loved this company's screen protectors for so long and they're so crystal clear and the fingerprint readers are top notch. It's just disheartening to see the customer service not be at par with their product; and now I even question the quality of their products if they're not willing to help consumers out. As you've probably gathered by now, I've requested a refund of the product from Amazon and will be sending it out to be returned tomorrow. Check yourself Whitestone Dome, don't let this snowball into a larger problem.

Premium screen protector, involved installation
The screen protector is flawless and the fingerprint reader works well. I'm hesitant to say the fingerprint reader works 100% because I didn't use the phone with the protector on. I'd say it reads my finger correctly 9/10 times, but very hard to say if this is due to the protector, my dry hands, or not covering the sensor completely. Even if 1/10 scan failures is due to the protector, it's still worth the added protection and benefits of finger feel from glass. The installation process is pretty involved, but the instructions have a QR code with a video that guides you through it. I did the installation in a bathroom with a air purifier running on max to remove all dust. That worked flawlessly, I didn't see a spec of dust from the air. I was also very careful with taping up all the seams to avoid glue from going in the phone. If I had one critique of the install, it would be the white absorbing pads they supply produce dust themselves when you touch them. You can just remove it with the supplied dust removal stickers but something that could be improved.
