I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to me

This Melatonin SR does exactly what it was inatended for: allow a person to fall asleep again after a bathroom run. I am very old so, as you might guess, I make that run a few times each night but can go back to sleep if I've had 2 tablets an hour before bedtime. I've tried several other Melatonin tablets but this is the one that really works.

The only Melatonin I have ever taken that actually worked. This pill is awesome to promote sleep!!!

Excellent quality and the perfect size for my small pet to swallow. I like knowing it didn't have a lot of unnecessary chemicals and additives as well.

I stopped taking Alprazolam because of the reported side effects. My doctor would not prescribe this for me anymore. He recommended melatonin and I started taking it. I works ok and puts me to sleep quickly if I do not fight it. However, it is not long lasting and I wake up several times a night and have trouble falling back to sleep. My doctor recommended adding Gabapentin and it made a big difference and I have very long restful sleep. So far so good. I hope this combo remains effective for a while. I have had sleep problems for most of my adult life and I am aware of all the other possible avenues to deal with this issue. This seems to be the least invasive and easiest solution.

Wanted something to help me sleep still woke up at night a few times

Great product but dose is too high. Melatonin is a hormone that’s not good to over-supplement & it’s one of those that “less is better” is recommended. I love that I can eventually sleep like the dead - it takes a while to kick in - but I have a big drugged-type hangover next day. SR is great to eliminate waking up too much. I just have a hard time to remember taking it enough hours before bed. I want this but in 1mg dose. I’m sad Pure Encaps doesn’t have that.
