does it need gapping or ther is no need to gap this plug?

There is no need to gap this plug. It comes pre gapped. If you attempt to try and gap this plug or any iridium plug you will break the center electrode and render the plug useless.

Will this fit 2016 toyota prius two hybrid?

I have no idea if they will work however if they fit and meet the heat range I would think yes..I have put them in my Lincoln LS 3.9L V8 three or four years ago like 60,000 miles ago.. yes worth the money ...
