I like the food stong whey protein line because it has a good taste and has fewer calories for the amount of protein then most other brands. That doesn't mean that the taste of the product suffers. In fact, I like the foodstong flavors more then most of the other brands I have tried. After having tried the Chocolate fudge , I bought the 1 package pf 16 packet of the Rich Chocolate flavor.

This flavour is delicious , very filling and helps me to feel very energetic. The sachets kind of packaging is a plus, very convenient to carry around anywhere

The Foodstrong protein shake is so tasty when I tried it in milk , it becomes creamy and a very healthy option for protein Shake as it does not have added sugar

Can have better taste and thicker consistency like Herbalife.
