One with pump is better

I am so grateful that I had this after my total knee replacement. It was easy to use and very effective. It's been over a year since my surgery and now I intermittently use it for my other knee which will someday need a TKR as well. In the mean time I keep playing pickleball 4-6 times per week. I feel a sense of reassurance knowing that I have it available if and when I need it.

I had one of these for my ACL surgery in 2006 and my knee was never colder— it was perfect. 20 years later, the tube got old and didn’t work properly so I replaced it with this old one because I tore my other ACL. This product does not work the way it is supposed to— the cuff does not get cold enough. I have had to revert to bags of ice and frozen vegetables. I would not buy this product again.
