adidas Power Tubes

I am a new mother and housewife and it is very difficult for me to join the gym at this time. I been searching around for good resistant band and I finally found it! This really is a good alternative to using weights/dumbbells. Simply a wonderful addition to my workouts. I would recommend this product! A+++++++++++

This is a good quality product. However, while I use it most days I find that it isn't as versatile as I was expecting. There are only a few exercises I can do without using furniture or awkward positions to anchor it in place.

Resistance is moderately weak, Might be better for lighter workouts than I want to do.

I don't think I'm the only person to think that exercise tubes are more effective than weights. My theory is that with weights there is the temptation to cheat by swinging rather than lifting them, and so losing some benefit. With a tube you can't do this. Certainly I feel the pull at every angle of the exercises. I also think less effort is necessary for good results as I feel I'm stretching the muscles. I've got good results very quickly. The clad tube is a weight off my mind (no joke intended) as the previous one I brought had no cover and snapped. Well recommended.

Amazing, really changing the shape of my body, using this morning and night, can take away on business and still keep fit

Good bit of kit. My only, TINY gripe would be the resistance can seem uneven at times due to the protective cover, but easily rectified by adjusting left or right.
