I have always disliked litter boxes for all the usual reasons, but needed to come up with an acceptable solution when we decided to adopt a cat from a rescue place. It checks all of my boxes- no odor, no dust, no tracking. I scoop out the clumps once a day but could probably go a second day with the deep box. I immediately drop the clumps in the litter genie. There is absolutely no odor. I used the entire 14 pound box in my litter box and it held up well. After the first week I added about an inch of fresh litter to the box.
