These are great for single people or couples that don't want to make a lot of mashed potatoes or buy a big huge box of instant mashed potatoes. The flavor is pretty good too and I'm a picky person!

May be the best instant potatoes. Full of butter and herb flavor. No instant taste at all. I always add extra 1/2 cup water to my instant potatoes...so 2 1/2 cups make more creamy and not so dry.
