Excellent product, easy to set up.

Good product and does its job well .Have just begun to use it and do not know whether it is strong and lasting as It seems a little rickety and moves a bit when one is starting to raise it , but becomes smoother as one conitues to raise. Costs a bit more than expected

This product is well designed product and very useful for elderly who need help raising in the bed. My mother was hospitalized and was brought home. I ordered this for her as she was immobile and it was delivered very promptly. It took me 2 mins to setup and viola everything worked and I could raise my mother to feed her very easily and comfortably. No hassles at all. I love the fact that both rails and handle can be used on either side of the bed. The product is very sturdy and easy to use. It just makes a little noise but that can be ignored because of the usefulness of it all. Thanks to everyone involved. Regards.

Well done Mannar industries, well done, it's a pretty nifty product, well thought of design and very easy to use and decently built, price point may be a bit above average but Id have paid extra for the scissor jack feature. Just please add an instruction manual to assemble this like what Ikea does and label the components to make it fool proof. Most customers including myself missed the jack handle that was taped in to the side support rail, mistaking it as a structural strengthening component, was looking at it and wondered why is there tape instead of welds on it and it dawned upon me that's the handle. My apologies to Miss Esha on the amazon call centre for all the trouble I put her through to get a component replacement. Cheers from a very happy customer.

This is a life saver!!.. My dad is a stroke patient and he cannot sit up on the bed. I and mom were unable to lift him for every meal, as he is a tall guy with healthy body and bone weight. We just had to use couple of pillows, and most of his food was made liquidy, as he was unable to eat solids lying down. Was looking for such a product and found this. Was thinking it might still be hard to use, but turned out it's easy to operate almost like hospital beds. It's almost like the car jack mechanism. You have to put this under the mattress. Now we are able to prop him up, and we are able to give more solid foods. We also got a bed food tray with stand, and he eats by himself using his good hand and spoon. They also say that a person should be in raised position for sometime, and shouldn't be lying flat always(for proper function of body).. This product is such a relief!!.. God bless you guys, for making this product!!!...

Worst possible service...defective product sent , side rod meant for raising backrest missing ...package torn at all four corners....and when replacement requested , they shamelessly sent back the exact same package torn at the same places...

Average quality compared to price. Mechanism makes noise during reclining. Rotating rod touches and rub bottom support on full close position. Handle lock is very weak , Will change it with nut bolt. But I think this fulfills my requirement for some time to support my mother.

Easy to use and comfortable, best for patients needing head and chest elevation after surgery. Easily adjustable. Loved it
