I purchased this as this has the highest D3+K2 composition in a single capsule D3 is 2000 IU and K2 is 100mcg which is an optimal combination for daily intake The capsules are quite small and easy to swallow . They should be taken after a heavy meal or as directed by doctor I wish they can price the product little bit less to make it affordable Overall a premium D3 + K2-7 supplement
