I am really disappointed at Nutrabay. I have using this for 3 months. This works well but it doesn't mix properly. Please fix that

Absolutely trash packaging, the creatine inside was bricked and it did not mix up well in the water, as well as the taste was a little off. It will harm your health i recommend buying it from the official website.

Just by taking the recommended dosage of 3 gms, I could feel a "high" difference in my energy level during my workout. It induced much stamina in me when I exercised and helped to perform my other physical activities more efficiently. Plus, there were immediate (within hours) changes clearly felt/noticeable in my usual bodily fuctions that gave me a bit of the beginner's jittery concerns. It's only a week and I developed vasodilation (a bodybuilding vein risen under skin surface due to intense blood flow), but at an unlikely place which has worried me a little. I read online, that in time, it's reversible. So I would say not to exceed the intake than the daily recommended serving suggestion. To be precise, I thus replaced the accompanied 7.5 gm scoop with my own 2.5 gm one (equivalent to a regular leveled teaspoon). Thankfully, from the start I have been consuming it on alternating days to also let my body gradually get used to its affects. That being said, it is an effective mood stabilizer and my mind also stayed optimistically alert. Now, although tasteless, but because it causes dehydration, there's this unpleasant strain of a slight bad breath situation. However, this could be easily fixed by a follow-up herb tea or teasing your palate sooner with something that could be used as a mouth freshener. This dehydration in turn leads to body water retention followed by frequent washroom visits, slight headaches, and for this bloating issue, some dosage of paracetamol, in my case atleast when turned excessive has managed to bring things back to normal. But, I have never enjoyed doing cardio this much; it feels like there are "springs" attached to my feet when I perform! So it appears, by all its obvious strength, a genuine product. It's as well, a quick dissolver even in refrigerated water. Being so effortless by its nature, my advice to all the users is to not get carried away and use it wisely considering all the infamous side effects it could bring over. There has been a drastic change in my sleep pattern for it is indeed a powerful strength booster.
