Folate (as Metafolin) 1000mg.

Literally could tell the difference with 1 dose taken...I tested dangerously low for Folate and B12 and was placed on B12 shots and 1000mcg's of OTC Folate. Ive trusted and purchased Solgar supplements in the past, so trying out the Folate from Solgar was a no brainer. So far, so good, Solgar is a win for me. Great company. I'm now in search of a specific magnesium made by Solgar that only seems to be sold with the Vitamin Shoppe. I thought it to be weird that Solgar doesn't sell it here on their shop. It's either that or I'm missing it. #Sadface. So, Ive been hesitant to purchase that one.

Good product, great value

I looked all over for a good folate supplement when I got pregnant. I took this with an adult multivitamin (instead of a prenatal vitamin) because it was much cheaper. Still taking it now while breastfeeding

This is a great quality product that is excellent for those dealing with MTHFR. I would highly recommend this product and have it on your monthly reorder so that you do not run out.

Been trying to conceive for 16 months, and these have bern awesome! Super easy to take, and since this form is easily absorbed by the body, I know I will be ready when we have one of these little beans stick! 100% recommend.

Solgar supplements always have the right amount of vitamins to help your body to recover. Only downside is capsules are so big so sometimes it’s difficult to swallow.

Currently pregnant and I’ve been using these! Love them, easy to swallow, no strange flavour and doing the baby very good things!

I love this product!!! I am always folic acid deficient but I can’t tolerate the synthetic stuff you get on prescription it aggravates my restless legs. However this is folate not folic acid so it’s in its purest form and it works amazingly well for me. Quality is excellent. Solgar vitamins and supplements always are. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price. Solgar are very good but they are very expensive. It’s good value as it works but it’s just a little expensive for me so I tend to take every second or third day once my levels are topped back up so they don’t fall again. Highly recommend if you can’t tolerate the prescription kind highly recommend Solgar in general they really do sell quality products.

I swear by this product! After Covid jab, I began to bleed between periods which was very abnormal for me. I went to the doctors, did lots of tests/scans and nothing abnormal/no explanation but also wasn’t given any advice on how to control. So I did some research and came to the conclusion that folate would help (not folic acid). So I found these and started taking them daily, my cycle was nice & clear with no more bleeding in between periods. Fantastic product
