I got this for a gift for my Husband. He was very happy with it. He uses it all the time. It is very good quality, and works well. It has a good carrying case, and it is has a good trigger control. Assembly was very easy. It is very versatile, as we use it for a lot of things.

Love my DeWalt!! Works great. Plenty of power, LED light is bright, has a feel of quality to it...that my budget drill DID NOT have. I've used it on a few projects so far...& it works great. DeWalt is a well known company that's been around for a long time. The case is great to have...& it's nice having a 2nd battery ready to use. I also purchased a Dewalt drill bit set & screwdriver bit set, & they are top quality as well.

Dewalt has some good tools I have a lot but this is the first I’ve seen that comes with two batteries. I definitely recommend getting this it is a good deal

Great product. My cordless drill made by another major manufacturer got stolen and I decided to change platforms and go with Dewalt. I can't say it was better than my other drill but it is just as good. If you need a great drill that will do a lot of work and last, this is a good choice. If you only need to use one occasionally, you might be able to get by with a less expensive alternative. Dewalt batteries are expensive but they are great products and worth the price. I also like the bag that came with it as there is room in it for other items as well.

This was the best gift my husband says I could give him on his birthday, it's perfect and works perfectly, it has good power and gets you out of a lot of trouble

Using this to operate a 7 inch ice fishing auger. Bought it along with an adaptor for the auger. It still blows my mind that these battery operated drills are powerful enough to drill holes through the ice as well as gas powered augers. Ice got to as much as 16 inches thick here this winter, cut like butter. This drill came with 2 batteries and a charger. Second battery is nice as the first one did about 7-10 holes (and hours of very cold temps) before it started to peter out a bit. You may want to get a more powerful battery if you drill a lot more holes. Overall very satisfied, great performance, so much lighter than a gas drill and much easier than a hand drill. One piece of advice: keep the drill and adaptor handle propped against your side or hip. If the drill blade catches, the spin and torque can strain your wrist.

This is pound for pound the best drill/driver I have ever owned. It is hard to go wrong with Dewalt tools and this is no exception. There are so many things I like about it I am going to make a pros/cons list. PROS: - Lightweight. It is fairly small and much lighter than all of my previous cordless drills I have ever owned. The Li-ION battery is much lighter than my previous Ni-CAD batteries. - Even though it is lightweight, it has A LOT of torque and power. - The battery life is great. This set also comes with two batteries making it easy to switch out and essentially ensuring you always have battery to finish the job. The batteries also seem to hold a charge very well when they are just sitting around, not in use, which is nice that when I need the drill, I don't have to wait an hour for a battery to charge. I just plug it in and off we go. See note below about handling of batteries. - Along the same lines, charging time is low. Around an hour for a full charge in my case. - The carrying case wasn't a selling point for me, but it is a nice way to store the set. - This is the first cordless drill I have used that has a light and I didn't realize what I was missing out on until now. I also like that it will stay on about 10 seconds after I release the button, which is especially nice when I want to see if I set the screw correctly in low light. - The 20V is a nice addition and adds more oomph than I expected as I have always used 18V batteries in the past. - Cost. I only paid $99 for it when it was on sale, which is quite a deal ($30 off of Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowes current price). - Build. It feels solid and strong, not made up of cheap plastic parts. Cons: - Definitely not a contractor level drill, which is no bother to me because I only use it for around the house projects. Not necessarily a con, but should be noted. - The chuck. How it works is that you insert the bit, turn the chuck until it clicks and the bit is supposed to be locked in. For whatever reason (and maybe I got a lemon), my chuck doesn't seem to hold bits very well. They often come loose when I am backing them out. I have tried backing out in both "forward" and "reverse" and had the same results either way. There is no way to tighten the chuck any tighter because it just clicks, telling you the bit is "locked-in." This could be user error, but I don't think so. It is also made of plastic, one area they probably cut corners to save on cost. Side note: As soon as your battery starts to die, do not try to stretch it out. Running the battery down to nothing diminishes the life of the battery. Your batteries should also be stored near room temperature but never below 60 degrees F or above 80 degrees F, especially when charging. While buying new batteries is possible, why do that when you can just take good care of the ones you have? Especially when they are so expensive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this drill. It is a definite upgrade and if you can wait to snag it at the $99 price tag, it is a definite must for any home DIY'er.

Anything from DEWALT is great quality. The drill/driver is very easy to use and not heavy to hold. The directions are easy to read and understand. The features on the drill/driver are awesome. I am a female and was not intimidated to use this drill/driver at all.

Máquina limitada e ultrapassada, não tem martelete para perfuração em concreto, e não é brushless (ainda usa escovas)

Lo he usado poco, pero varios días seguidos y ningún problema. Aún no lo uso para taladrar muro (ladrillo o concreto) y meter taquete. Lo he usado solamente para hacer hoyos y meter tornillos en madera. Al usarlo un tiempo, se vuelve un poco pesado; se cansa un poco la muñeca. La batería se carga muy rápido (1.5 a 2 horas). Muy buen producto

Very good cordless drill, powerful battery

Es un producto que se siente la calidad de los plásticos. He comprado herramientas eléctricas (y de batería) "chinas" y los plásticos se siente frágiles, se nota que son de precios ridículamente bajos, en cambio este taladro DeWalt se sienten plásticos de calidad, rígidos, además de que la batería es sumamente delgada, para nada estorba a la hora de manipularlo. No he probado la duración pero no dudo que funcione un par de horas antes de agotarse, los usaré para detailing de autos, nada de uso en casa, probaré su rendimiento en trabajos pesados y regresaré a dar un segundo comentario. Nota: No me llegó la maleta que sale en la imagen.
