The design is an useful one but does not look all that elegant. However,the design given protection when not used and offers convenience during usage since we don't need to struggle to find something to hold the heater to the water-bucket. Temperature adjustment and auto off are quite useful. Nice product. Been using it for a month; durability can jot be commented

The media could not be loaded. Awesome l use it working is good and proper l recommend this very use full in rainy and winter season it will automatic cutoff and three mode to set temperature

It had stopped working after few 3-4 months.Giving one star just because service center behaviour and customer support . A big no for Havells product just because they have 3rd party service center. Amazon should stop selling Havells product on immediate basis as customer are getting thrown into non competitive and non co operative service staff. Worst service experience faced till now by any brand. Even after 3 months issue not resolved.

Quality is very good and work perfect and low medium high work perfect and it's auto cutoff works good.
