Excellent Open Gaming Buds
Really good sound (for open buds). Only downside is a bit bass light but the sound is very clean, even, clear. High quality sound, just not โpunchyโ, similar to old Airpods Pro. Soundstage is good though. No latency with the dongle. Some frustration with multi-pairing for a bit but after resetting them enough itโs been fine. Fit and comfort is great 90% of the time I literally forget they are even on theyโre so light. Controls kind of suck, can trigger them when just touching ear to shoulder, shirt, etc but mostly fine. I got on sale for $120 which is easily great value for money. Iโd hesitate at $220. $150 is a good value. Their biggest downside is the absolutely massive case and the touchscreen on it actually can make it annoying in the pocket. For keeping at home for gaming they are great. For going around probably keep the case in a bag but youโd have one for a Switch or something anyway.

+One Year with Arc 3 Gaming Earbuds
Purchased the Cleer Arc 3 Gaming ear buds more than a year ago. Was a bit reluctant to purchase these fairly expensive earbuds but after a year I am very pleased with this purchase. I game everyday for several hours everyday and have used these for that gaming. In addition, I walk outside for 3 miles every other day and use these while walking. I have not had any issues at all. I use the dongle on my PC and have paired BT with my Samsung phone. Both connections have been reliable and have only had a few times that I had connection issues. The dongle has been rock solid for gaming and music. The BT connection with the phone has been good with some occasional disconnects typical of most BT connections. Sound quality is excellent and the Dolby Atmos works surprisingly well on both PC and phone. The battery life has not been an issue at all as long as you pay attention to charge state. I charge the unit about once a week (5 to 7 days) and use them about 3-4 hours per day. The open ear design works great while exercising (walking) and I can enjoy music while remaining aware of my surrounding. The case seemed a bit gimmicky at first but I have grown to appreciate the case and the features it provides. The software is functional and is a good companion to the earbuds but I use the app fairly infrequently. I highly recommend these earbuds and I am very happy to have gotten these a year ago. I have not developed any complaints at all for this product. I will most likely buy this brand again.

Really good just bad dongle connection
Probably would give these 5 stars if it wasnโt for the dongle issues. These are seriously really good. Iโll wear these for my whole work day without reaching low battery. They sound really solid, much better than your average ear bud. They give you that wide soundstage feel so great for movies and music. I also hardly ever feel discomfort from wearing them, I can usually wear them for the whole day without aching. The big downside here is the dongle, itโs not great. Lots of static, weird disconnects, sometimes loud blasts of static noise would play through the headphones if the dongle is connected directly to my PC. I bought a little extension cable and that seemed to fix some of those issues so maybe itโs some kind of shielding issue with the dongle itself? Hopefully something that can be sorted out with firmware updates, but I donโt think the dongle version (this one) is really worth it. If you donโt care much for a dongle connection, just stick with bluetooth.

Good sound, HORRIBLE connectivity issues.
I enjoy the sound quality and fit of these earbuds, and the low latency when using the USB dongle feels quite good. There is a lot to like here, and they seem to work as expected in bluetooth mode. If these would stay connected in low latency mode, I might just love these. But, they don't. After using the earbuds with the dongle for a couple of minutes (longer if I'm lucky/don't move a muscle) they will seemingly desync from each other. This results in a weird echo effect which is very noticeable and annoying especially in voices. This will continue until the buds are disconnected and reconnected (or toggled between HD/LL mode and back). Happens whether the mic is used or not, LL enabled or disabled. It is infuriating. I have tried updating the firmware of the dongle (1.4.0) and the buds with no luck. The dongle is clear of all obstructions and about 3 feet from my head when at my desk. The issue persists. I have an RMA in progress and will update my review if the result is different, but based on other customer reviews this does not seem to be an isolated issue so I'm not too hopeful and will likely end up returning those. The case is also very strange. It can't really do much on its own besides tell you the battery level and toggle Atmos/EQ (can't do custom EQ without an app on your phone though), and it is not helpful at all when it comes to pairing. When using the dongle, I would often hear a voice saying "looking for device" or "device not found" randomly as it seemed to be searching for a BT device at the same time... No info regarding this on the screen. The screen just seems like a waste of case battery in my opinion. Overall these have nice sound quality and are capable of being great. But if you are looking for low latency + consistency, you won't find it here. EDIT: I tried running the firmware updater again on a whim and this time it said the version before upgrading was 1.4.1 (?) despite only having run the 1.4.0 updater. Maybe windows somehow installed something while I was trying different USB ports etc? Or it's just reporting wrong? Either way since re-updating to 1.4.0 (??) I have not had any issues within a couple hours of use. There are small drops sometimes, but rather than starting to echo they seem to reconnect quickly. Will update review if this keeps up.

They are awesome (pending bug fixes)
I love this product and I tried a lot of gaming earbuds that I returned with my PlayStation 5. I play FPS Apex Legends game and I value audio quality, battery life and comfort. I like that these headphones are no in-ear and instead over the ear - makes better for long play sessions. I do still have a slight discomfort in long sessions and itโs not a big deal. Anyway, I appreciate the case screen where you can check battery and change EQ settings, the audio quality and battery life. Please note when USB dongle is used, the audio from the phone is deprioritized (at least on iPhone) so I canโt watch TikToks while queuing in the game match lol this sucksโฆ the case supports wireless charging. If you want any to listed to music the sound quality is amazing. Still testing mic since I donโt really use it, itโs not the best from what I can tell. I had connectivity issues which were partially resolved by updating dongle, Headphones and Case Firmware. Oh yeah, the iPhone app works good but case screen does a lot of customization itself so no need to use the app itself as much. I wish there will be custom mute/turn off audio button - maybe they will enable it later with the future FW update. The issues I had were with audio cracking (google posts online) and audio distortion, but itโs fixable with placing headphones back in the case and taking back even in the last FW releases. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Very disappointing purchase
I did a lot of research before purchasing these for computer gaming, but am returning them for numerous reasons. First off, the mic is sorely lacking, even with input gain maxxed, it barely picks up my voice. Being a bigger guy, the earpieces are also not adjustable enough to put the speakers where they need to be, so while one ear is somewhat tolerable, my other can barely hear a thing due to the distance from my ear canal, even when the size adjustment is fully extended (which is a mere couple millimeter adjustment). The touch feature functionality is also way to sensitive. I was constantly pausing videos or accidentally turning the earpieces off while trying to adjust them. Also, why do they not power on as a pair? Having to power each earpiece on individually is very weird, especially since turning one off powers both down. Lastly, I assume the pair I got was defective, as the amount of static and scratchiness in the right earpiece was unbearable, a problem that does not exist with any other speakers or headsets I have. This was when using the USB-C dongle plugged in the front of my computer 2.5' away, with direct sight between the device and dongle. I did not try pairing them with Bluetooth, as the entire point of these was the low latency with using the provided dongle. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, since after a long search these had seemed like they would be exactly what I was looking for.

The best and worst headphones i have ever owned.
These are the best and worst Earbuds/Headphones I have ever owned. Lets talk about it. What makes this the best? 1. I love the design. they fit over my ears great. They are comfortable but I will warn you, they kind of hurt for the first few days. I wear them for work so it took like 3 days till they stop hurting the back of my ear. but I'm fine with this, as they no longer hurt. 2. I love gaming and I've basically given up on the traditional Earmuff style headphones. The last headset I got were the afterShockz open ear bone conductive headphones but those basically rattled my brain when someone or something got loud. These sound like I'm wearing the over ear high quality headphones. But the point here is that I don't have these hot over ear headphones driving me crazy and making my ears all nasty. 3. Sound quality is great compared to the After Shockz. 4. Love the case, It does seem like they help keep it clean. What makes them the worst? 1. The wireless range is so pathetic that they might as well be wired. I can't go into my kitchen without them cutting out. And when they cut out, I have to turn them off and then turn them on again. its obnoxious. I only live in a 1,000 sqft home and the room my computer is in is basically in the middle. The aftershockz headphones I had allowed me to walk to the end of my driveway and i could hear sound and talk to my friends on discord. 2. If there is no sound it cuts out. this would be fine, if it came back when it detects sound. it does not. I have to turn them off and then turn them on to start detecting sound again. This wouldn't be a big deal if the 2 tap 1tap hold method of turning them off was consistent. but its not. I've found its much easier to toss them into the case and take them out again and this makes it incredibly annoying. I've also turn off the auto shut off and it still does it. 3. It picks up my phone calls easily and will play sound from my phone. This was a massive improvement from the Aftershockz. however, Once it does this, all sound starts clicking with a consistent Tic tic tic tic sound for as long as sound is playing. Again, I have to take off the earbuds, toss them into the case to turn them off and pull them out again to turn them on to get it to stop. 4. The mic sounds like a laptop mic. This isn't an issue for me because I use an external mic, but I thought I should mention this. So ultimately, I give this a 3. it is definitely not worth its full price. I feel like i got a crappy product and I've gotten so frustrated that I left a review which I never do. however, if they Improve the issues I mentioned this would be top tear. Sadly i don't know if I can ever go to something else because this is the best I've found for open ear headphones. Its just these annoyances will beat you down and you will feel silly for spending this much money on something that works so poorly.

Amazing sound quality battery life and support
These are the very best earbuds that I have ever owned! My wife can get my attention when I am playing my game, making her happy. She even said it was well worth what we paid for them. The sound quality and the battery life are amazing. I did not realize why I was getting killed by people I could not hear walking up on me until I got these earbuds. Then there is the customer service. Mine were missing the dongle when I got them. I emailed. They responded quickly and said. Send us the receipt and they will get the dongle shipped out. I would give them six stars if I could

Overcomplicated, Overpriced
It's just not good. I like that they are comfortable, and they come with a dedicated, high-speed dongle. On the other hand, the issues are multiple. The multimedia play is set off so easily. You can reprogram this, but the reprogramming only applies if you are on bluetooth. I will constantly accidentally set my music to start playing, without a good way to pause/stop it without getting to my device. Furthermore, it's rife with technical issues. It will, just at random, start tom distort in a year, or start trying to pair when audio is already coming it. Something so simple is so over-designed and unreliable.

Doesn't connect - must reset every time you want to use
At first it was great - but after using it for some months I've gone to realize a few things: 1) the Cleer App is finicky... it struggles to maintain connection with the device 2) the earbuds themselves does not connect very well with the PC; sure the PC remembers the connection, but it does not connect automatically - you have to go to bluetooth setting and click 'connect' manually. BUT 2.1) that doesn't mean the sound will automatically come out. All you hear is "device is connected" or "looking for device" to which nothing happens for a minute so the PC gives up and reverts back to speaker. 3) On the rare occassion it works as intended, it's beautiful. but at the end of the day, it's an open-ear, you're not going to get immersive sound quality like headphones. but for the price they ask for, this is NOT worth the money - go get a normal jacked headphone/earphone instead if you truly want low-latency; or stick to an open-ear headphone (like Anker's Soundcore) instead of this if you really want open-ear.
