BedRug BMB15TG Tailgate, Charcoal

I never owned a truck with a spray in bed liner until just recently. I loved the nonskid surface but it was extremely hard on the knees. I do a lot of craft shows with my soy candles, stained glass, and scroll saw wood crafts and I am in and out of the truck bed loading and unloading and spending a lot of time crawling around on my knees to get to things. The spray in bedliner was just too rough to crawl around on. I did a lot of research and BEDRUG came up multiple times. I ended up purchasing the bedrug for the bed and tailgate. I absolutely love these things and it also allows me to slide things around much easier. I had a class in which I hauled 4 large scroll saws and other equipment and the bedrug makes it so easy to get things in and out of the truck. Of course after I got home and unloaded the stuff, I had sawdust everywhere. I just used my vacuum cleaner on it and it looks like new. I also purchased a couple extra of the BEDRUG BRZSPRAYON Spray Liner Adhesive Accessory kits from RealTruck, to make sure I had enough of the adhesive promoter and extra velcro if I need them.

This part is the same tailgate mat for the 2015-2022 GMC Canyon as GM Accessories offers (part number 19333197). It is complete with self-adhesive velcro strips, (1) small packet of adhesion promotor, and instruction sheet. While it appears to be a carpet material, it is really a polypropylene material that is durable, waterproof and is a nice charcoal grey color that goes well with the Satin Steel Metallic color of my truck. This matt is well made (in the USA), with accurate fitment and quality seams and backing. I'm sure we are going to enjoy this mat when camping as it is easy to keep clean and is soft on the knees.

fit is good, installation goes quick, 10 mins. some of the velcro will go onto the plastic tail gate cap, i used the adhesive primer included on the plastic to ensure good adhesion. looks good and will give your truck some protection from scuffs, stuff slides over it pretty easy. weather this is for you probably depends on what you might haul. i have the matching bed mat but not planning on hauling a load of loose gravel, that kind of thing is why they make full hard plastic liners. so for what it is, medium duty use, its good stuff.

I have a Chevy Colorado 21’ it fits perfectly Price is reasonable for what you get , its not heavy duty tailgate protector if you’re looking for one but definitely does the job surface is smooth and makes it easy to slide stuff in/out .
