As a busy mom of 5, Beachbody Energize is my go-to! It gives me a nice energy boost without making me jittery or crashing later. This is the BEST preworkout if you don’t want too much caffeine and to get the jitters!! Fruit punch is my favorite but I also like to mix the strawberry and lemonade!!

I’m obsessed. This is the only pre-workout that really gives me crazy energy and focus with out a crash!! It’s a bit tangy to drink, so I do a powder shot and chase it with water. Although it does give you a bit of itch after a few minutes, that’s my signal that it’s time to get that workout in. Lol

Love this pre-workout! Ingredients are legit. Taste is great! Dissolves great. No intense feeling like some others. Caffeine is derived from natural resources.

Love Energize it truly works and I like tingle it gives me as I know it’s go time then. I too find it helps me preform better during a workout too. Other pre workouts make me feel naseous and gross. Beachbody energize doesn’t.
