Do these controllers come with the receivers?

Will these work for a PS1?

It may vary. I have a PS1 with a mod chip installed Technically these worked for me on the PS1, but when I had the receivers plugged in, the PS1 was unable to read from the memory card slot. My guess is that the receivers pull more power from the PS1 than a standard controller.

Is anyone having issues with the controllers not being recognized by certain games?? Do you know how to fix this?

Sorry to hear that. I haven't ran into this issue. But I do know that if you don't use controller for a lengthy period it goes dormant. You have to cycle the power switch off and back on to reset it. Also check you controller settings in the game itself. Sometimes custom settings my do this because the controller programming may not have a particular variable available
