These little hygrometers are the bee's knees! I purchased this round of them to use inside my Sterilite 3D filament dry boxes so I can keep an eye on how the humidity within each one is, and they are perfect for the job. There are very minor fluctuations from one unit to the next, but they're never more than a few tenths of a degree and one or two percent humidity from each other. I'd consider that pretty accurate and definitely falls within my margin of acceptability for my specific purpose. The display is extremely clear, even through the sidewall of a Sterilite box, so it's very easy to get a quick overview of the humidity and temperature status of my boxes at any given time. I have also used these little guys to monitor the humidity in my greenhouses and various spots in my plant room, as well as to monitor the temperature inside both my fridge and freezer. At the $6.89 USD I paid when I picked them up, I consider these are a solid investment and will be coming back for more in the future, no doubt.

These work well, i don't think there's an off button, but for the price, just open the box and theyre running. Took about 5 minutes to settle on their readings, but 2 weeks in and theyre still reading accurately

They work and seem to be accurate as long as you don't cover the sensor input holes on the back. Out of the box they are not as accurate since they have the humidity from the packaging still inside of the devices themselves, but after an hour they will be accurate. I don't like how the sensor intake is on the back, makes it so I can't just stick it to a wall without messing with the responsiveness. They are as simple as: Take them out of the box, put them where you want. There's nothing more to it, which is actually my second problem with them. They arrived powered on. There was no plastic tab to prevent the batteries from powering the device so it's just got half-dead batteries in it from the start. I was only wanting to use half of them for now, so now I have to store loose button cell batteries (which isn't exactly safe). It's not like I have plastic tabs laying around that I could insert myself. It's kind of a minor inconvenience to have to prepare them for storage in this way, but it is still an inconvenience. Otherwise though, they are very convenient.

Great little sensors. Just beware, these come loaded with batteries and they have been running since manufacture. Order a good pack of Tenergy LR44 batteries to keep these guy running. Not sure how much time is left in the OEM batteries. Kinda wish the temp was the big number and the humidity was the small number but, for the price, I am way happy.

these little temp and humidity gauges work great for keeping track of temps and humidity in multiple places. Great to measure evaporative coolers effectiveness in multiple indoor locations of a house. worth the price for sure.

Accuracy and precision at a great price what can I say. Out of the 6 units one or two of them seemed to have a slight deviation in the temperature about 1-2 degrees higher but that is okay. I love that this came with six. I can keep one in each room and have a better idea of the climate in my house. I had a silver fish infestation in my bathroom due to high humidity but during the winter months my nose becomes liable to bleed like a (insert funny simile) due to LOW humidity so these little guys help me keep my nose from bleeding and my house silverfish free! Seems like these would also be great to throw in a humidor for cigars. Or if you buy a large quantity of the green sticky stuff and you want to make sure it stays fresh!

I got these to put on my plant stands to measure the amount of humidity since I have to run humidifiers for my plants. I just wanted to make sure that I'm keeping my living room at the level I need for my plants. My second use was for my mushroom (legal ones!) tank, since mushrooms need a specific level of humidity for different stages of growth. They work great for the plant stands. I didn't need anything fancy, and the size is perfect so they don't stick out. They are accurate as far as I can tell. For the mushroom tank, not so much. It was reading the level fine, but even after I know the humidity decreased it would stay at 99%. I even took it out of the tank and put it next to one of my plant stand monitors. It still stayed at 99% for a half hour or so. I put it back in the tank, and the monitor slowly started to go back up. Then, I repeated the above. My best guess is that these can't handle staying in a high humidity environment, and I think it needs time to "dry out" before it will be accurate again. I will be searching for another for my tank. Besides the tank issue, these are good for the price.
