This is my first ever weighted vest yet I am confident that I’ve chosen one of superb quality due to its structure and performance. I researched many other products before deciding upon this one and I am so glad in proceeding forward with this purchase. It is so comfortable and has truly elevated my cardio. The vest itself is so comfortable, especially in the shoulder padding which I believe to be paramount in a quality vest since the weight gravitates down and center. The weight is also dispersed in such a way that you are aware of it but also without discomfort. Should you experience any discomfort you can easily mitigate that by adjusting the weight and/or straps which was a huge factor for my purchasing this. I do very much appreciate that you can adjust the amount of weight, customizing it to what you are doing performance wise or where you are strength wise, while also being able to cinch the vest inward which helps keep in place. This is especially of importance if you intend to do any sort of cardio or calisthenics. I haven’t found it to be a burden at all. To touch again briefly on the straps, the shoulder straps are marked off every inch so that you can achieve them being even on each side which I think is just so thoughtful and haven’t come across this on any other product. You can also roll up the remainder and secure them with a piece of provided elastic. Literally every inch of this vest was created with consideration for the user. Another selling point for me was the midline zipper. The thought of having to heave a heavy vest above my head prior to a workout and then again when exhausted felt daunting. Regarding size, I believe this to be a one size fits most which is very evident in just how long the waist straps are. Some users, I believe, mentioned a specific smell but that was null in my experience. So yes, although this is challenging me, that is precisely what I was in search of and I just know it will pay off and it’s just so well constructed which justifies the price. I strongly advise you, too, to invest in this product and your cardiac health will be sure to thank you.

I like the zip up closure and the fact that you can adjust the weight over time. My initial impression is that it is well made, and I appreciate that it is washable. As several people mentioned, the weights are a bit difficult to add and remove, but I think that helps them remain in place and stable when you are moving. I would have given it 5 stars if the length was more adjustable. I am short and even on the tightest setting, it is on a bit long.

So far, I love it! I'm 42, 5'-6", 150lbs, and in decent shape (trying to exchange about 10lbs of fat for muscle). I bought the 2-30 lbs vest. I've only used it 3 times so far, with 14 lbs in it for 2 mile walks. It's comfortable (even when wearing a tank top), doesn't rub anywhere, and it is easy to adjust. It definitely makes my walks a little more challenging, especially when going up hills or stairs, and my shoulders are tight at the end of my walks, but I haven't had any lasting soreness yet. I guess I need to up the weight or the distance for my next walk. If you are looking to make your workouts a little tougher, I definitely recommend this.

This vest is very versatile! It is made of durable material. The zipper is very easy to use! The vest has pockets that hold either one pound or two pound oblong weights that are clearly marked and tabs for easy insert or pull out in the vest. I was really glad that it is so easy to put on and off with Velcro straps that make it adjustable for any body type. I would highly recommend!

Love the best for its adjustability features. I like that I can slip in little weight bags for my desired workout. I also love love the zipper model over other brands that just have a clip. I feel very secured and the bottom Velcro straps allow you to tighten the vest so there is very little movement. I am 5’6” 134 pound, 63 year old athletic woman. It fits me great. A more petite lady might not be able to sinch it as tightly. I recommend wearing a T-shirt under it. I had a little issue with it scratching my left bicep when worn with a tank. I absolutely love it. I started with only 6 pounds and I could feel it in my hips and knees the next day. Like I said, I lift weights and play a lot of softball-but this challenged my walking workout. I’m hesitant to use it at my age for running. Worth the price. I traveled with my vest in a checked bag. TSA went through my bag both ways as this vest is a little military looking! Lol

Excellent product and easily usable. I got the Zenus one along with this one and boy was that one a crap product.. it hurt my fingers to even adjust the weights. This one absolutely smooth and easy to add or remove weights. The chain close and open is extremely helpful also. Thank you!

The vest is nice and easy to adjust and put on. My biggest complaint is the bottom of the vest ruined my nice work out shirt. It caused pilling and several snags. I may return it.

Love this! I was struggling between this and another brand because of the weights-I wanted something that I could have as much weight as possible. The other was more of an “x” shape and was up to 9kg. But the zip design instead of an over the head wear won it for me! Absolutely value for money in the sale at £33.99 while the other was £45 for up to 9kg. I love how the base weight is not stitched in so you can actually wash it and the varients of weight you can have, from ultra light to 8kg. I’m a 10-12UK and like other said it just fits me where the Velcro is tightened. If you’re smaller it may not be close fitted and may swing around a bit. There is zero neoprene smell unlike the other brands I’ve researched and I wore it for 1.5hours the 1st day with 1x 1lb weight and 4x 2lbs weight while walking my doggie. Presented and packed tidily with no unnecessary packaging. I’ll be very happy to gift this to any family or friends if I knew they were wanting to lose weight like I do. I can see this being something I wear everyday while walking my dog (makes it even easier for days I can’t be bothered to go on the walking pad). Straps were abit fiddly at first to get to the right length but after a few adjustments it sits where I want it to. Really pleased with the price, how comfortable it is, and how easy it is to wear. I’ll highly recommend. Hopefully it is durable in the wash when needed. I’m very happy overall!
