I got this vest because I can’t run anymore, and walking takes too long to achieve the same level of exertion. I was worried I might be too large for this vest to go around my waist (I’m a 2XL) but it fits easily with plenty of strap to spare. It’s super-comfortable and totally adjustable. It seems pretty sturdy and durable. I just took it for my first 1-mile walk with 10 pounds tucked into the pockets and all I can say is WOW! This is definitely effective. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time 👍

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good vest👍🏻

I’ve used it about a dozen times with only 10 lbs so far. I’ve only worn while using my elliptical machine. This vest seems well built and durable ; good padding on the front, back, and shoulder straps but not too excessive. The weight bags fit very snuggly in the pockets, had to tap to reshape them a bit to finally fit in, but they’re fine and the right fit in the pockets keep them from sliding around and causing the vest to move about. The lower side Velcro straps hold very well, but (and this is only a guess because I wear a shirt under the vest) it seems like the straps would scratch the skin if used without a shirt. The upper side straps, however, are too short. I measure at about a 46-48” chest, so I’m not a big guy, but the upper straps, even fully extended, are too short and are a bit too snug, so I leave them unconnected. The very best thing about this vest is the front opening to put on and take off; that makes it SO much easier to put on and remove rather than the others that you have to throw on over your head. 4 stars, only because of the upper and lower side straps, other than that, I’d recommend this product!
