Covering roots is so easy and covers well. No tub residue like other powders which leave a ring near the bottom of the tub. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it - black *by P***C on June 11, 2025* This powder is expensive but it's worth it for so many reasons. It's easy to use (no worrying about a spray spraying all over the place), portable and convenient for travel and on-the-go touch-ups, washes out easily, and doesn't irritate my scalp. I find that the black covers my greys quite well - the key is to LOAD UP THE BRUSH with plenty of powder. I usually load the brush with 5 strokes of powder (from top to bottom) before applying, and I "reload" the brush frequently as well. The downside is that it takes much longer to apply than a spray, especially if you have several spots you need to cover, and it's harder to apply to the back of the head. It's not going to give you full-head coverage whereas with a spray you could spray all over to cover up as much as you want. The powder holds up quite well, usually a couple days for me. But it's NOT 100% transfer-proof.
