Works great, sleep improved!
I swear by mouth tape. No longer do I sleep with my mouth wide open. I got my best score ever on my last perio maintenance and I attribute that to using mouth tape. When sleeping I no longer breath in bacteria which may contribute to diminished dental hygiene. What's strange is that very time I need a new pack the last brand isn't available and I have to purchase a new brand.

They do not stick!
Don’t buy these! They do not stick for very long. I’ve had them for a few days now and every time I’ve tried them, I’ve woken up with them NOT over my mouth. Tonight, I woke up with it in my mouth!
