Works well, looks decent, good price

Received it today afternoon and installed it myself. It's quite nice and breezy. Had to disengage the previous regulator for it to work properly. Will update if any changes. Update: The after sales really sucks. The fan stopped working in six months. First it was difficult to get hold of someone on the phone to report the issue. Then the customer service said someone would come over to check in 24 to 48 hours. No response in 48 hours. Again spoke to CC. Gave me a number of one Soniya who takes care of field executives. She said someone would come over the same day to check the fan. It's near eod now and no one has called or come to the house to check the issue. Tried calling her and she is not picking the call. These people don't realise that the whole room become disfunctional if the fan doesn't work. Think before you buy orient. It's no longer the same company as before. Update: after a lot of follow ups, a very discourteous person can to check the fan. Checked it and said the circuit board needs to be replaced. Will have to be reordered from the factory. It's been more than week and there is no sign of anyone replacing the circuit board. Meanwhile, the fan lies dismantled in a corner in our living room. I request everyone to avoid such uncaring companies. The 3 years warranty has no value if the after sales does not do its job promptly. Update: finally it seems they have the circuit board available. Someone from the company told me 3 days back. However, since yesterday I have trying to get in touch with the service guy but he is not responding. Called CC, as usual they apologised and said they would go give me a number to contact. It refused to take the number as it's their responsibility to ensure they contact the field area incharge. And mostly the area incharges don't respond. That's been the experience. It's seems the employees are very low paid and are a very demotivated lot.

Product is not much better than my old BLDC fan, but only a little more air flow than my old one. Also have a Boost option to increase speed like a sixth speed. But having a humming sound. The size of 1400 not much better than 1200. Only the difference is that more money we have to spent for 1400mm. Anyway look is good.

Fan is better than atomberg 1400 in speed , design and price, expecting good service from orient if any problem arise , using 6 atomberg fan , service and part cost is very high in atomberg and the best part of atomberg is PCB burnt just after warranty period, experienced in 3 atomberg 😆

Think before you buy! This product has been a complete disappointment and a total waste of money. I purchased this Orient BLDC fan expecting reliability, efficiency, and smooth performance, but it fails on every single count. ​Here are the primary issues: ​Startup Struggles: When you switch it on, the fan literally struggles and stutters like an old diesel generator before it even manages to start spinning. ​Noise and Sudden Shutdowns: Once it actually gets going, it creates an irritating noise and randomly turns off on its own without any warning. ​Subpar Quality and Safety: This feels like nothing more than an untested, rebadged Chinese private-label product that was dumped onto the market without proper quality checks or safety testing. It is completely unreliable and feels unsafe for daily household use. ​A brand like Orient is putting its reputation at serious risk by selling such unrefined, poor-quality products. It clearly isn't built to handle Indian power conditions or consumer expectations. Do not waste your money on this look elsewhere for a dependable fan. Current pic of the fan in 2 speed and dont rotate. Warranty service is a joke. They dont want to take any responsibility.
