Grabbed this Club 3D DisplayPort 2.1 cable to run my OLED ultrawide at full 240Hz and it delivers exactly as advertised. No flickering, no dropouts, no signal issues — plug and play, instantly recognized at full refresh rate. The VESA certification is the main reason I went with this one over cheaper options. A lot of “DP 2.1” cables on Amazon don’t actually meet the UHBR20 spec, and you end up with random black screens or refresh rate drops. This one is the real deal. Build quality is solid. Connectors feel sturdy, the cable itself is thick but flexible enough to route behind the desk without forcing it. Locking clip on the DP end clicks in firmly. Length is good too, gives enough slack for most desk setups without being excessive. Future-proofed for 8K and high refresh rate gaming once more displays support it. Only thing to note — it’s pricier than generic cables, but cutting corners on a DP 2.1 cable is a recipe for headaches. Worth paying for the certified version.

Quality cable read previous reviews about it and it didn’t disappoint. The plug itself is firm and not loose and the cable thickness is perfect. I haven’t had any issues with connectivity with my 4k oled.

This is a good quality DPC cable. It's very thick about the thickness of a 1000W PSU Cable. The only thing that I do not like it's really stiff other than that I would recommend this if you want a reliable DPC cable that will last.

Nice DisplayPort 2.1 cable with a genuine VESA certification that you can check for yourself on the DisplayPort website if you search by manufacturer and filter for Club 3D. One of the few officially certified DisplayPort 80 Gbps cables available in lengths greater than 1 meter. Thick and sturdy while still being relatively flexible. Tested with a high refresh rate monitor connected to a gaming PC and everything's working well.

The housing is a little thick. So if your GPU slots are close to your back panel, it might be slightly angled.

This solved a major problem for me. I have a 5120x1440 monitor, displayport 1.4, gorgeous display. Why, you might ask, do I mention dp1.4 in a review of a dp2.1 cable? Because work makes me use a mac. Which ostensibly has dp1.4 support. But I could never get it to work with ANY dp1.4 usb-c to dp1.4 cable, club3d or otherwise (and not due to the fault of the cable, every one I have works fine on non-mac hardware). It would cut out and flicker and generally fail at any resolution above 3840x1080 at a mere 60hz. Just for fun, I decided to try this dp2.1 cable, not expecting anything different. To my utter shock, not only can I now get the full 5120x1440, even at 120hz (240hz on a mac seems to be a pipe dream), on my even newer monitor, I can get 7680x2160 at 60hz, the max for the dp1.4 spec! So this is an excellent cable, and also, macs are trash. a real computer doesn't need this for dp1.4, but a mac does.

I purchased this to replace the stock 1.4 Display Port cable that came with my monitor which was having issues going past 120 Hz. The monitor stock settings is a 34 inch, 1440p, 144 Hz on display port 1.2 and a VA panel. This cable will work on all Display Port below 2.1 with no issues. When I added this cable I was able to get the full 144 Hz setting and the random screen black out issues stopped. Later I found out if you have a High refresh monitor greater than 100 Hz a low quality cable can give massive issues making you think the monitor or a graphic card is the problem. Also make sure it is VERSA certified this will give you even more peace of mind with high refresh monitors. I can confirm this because under full load of 144 FPS the monitor with the old cable under games would have massive flickering or random quick black screens (GPU and monitor communications issues). If you experience these issues it is good to check the monitor firmware to see if their is an update, and then try a different Display port cable that is known good and a reputable brand known for quality which club 3d is known for. Be careful when getting this brand on cheap sites for their are plenty of cheep knockoffs. So check the Club 3d site and compare the packaging then see if the site you are buying from is retailer which will have hot links.

I was getting flickering blacks when I was playing black myth wukong maxed out settings on my 4090/5800x3d 32gbram pc, mmonitor Samsung 45in 2k 240hrz. It might just be me but my issues are no longer there after I replaced the DP cable with this one and there’s a lock tab on the connections which I thought was pretty neat. So I would give this 2 dumbs up. Dp80 certified as well. Pc needs to be relatively close to the monitor since Vesa certified DP80 cables are no longer than 1.5 meters

Very compatible , no issue at all. If u need a longer cable , this the best option.
