I cannot tell you how many times I have dropped my phone in the case on concrete floor and never have I had any issues with my phone. Many times from high up... I have dropped it past the point of the edges slightly cracking and I should have replaced it then... After dropping it on a concrete garage floor this last time falling on a corner that was previously cracked it finally damaged by phone. I do not blame the phone case. It has held up so great that I purchased a second one.Original purchase 2019I love this case. The sleekness took some getting used to. It changes the way I hold my phone a little. I wanted something slim, but that still felt sturdy and the others I had bought were either to bulky or to slim to the point I didn’t feel my phone would be protected if I dropped it. Then I found this case and I love it! It feel like an otter box symmetry or commuter case, without the expensive price tag. My phone is still slim in this case, but it’s sturdy and feels like it would be protected from drops. I also like the lip around the screen to keep my screen from directly touching a hard surface that might scratch or damage it.My ONLY complaint would be that I wish it came in more colors for the iPhone X. My husband loves my case, but the only colors in comes in are to girly for him and he doesn’t like white because it gets to dirty. Highly impressive considering I am incredibly clumsy. I should note I have dropped it every which way, on concrete several times (where I work floor is solid concrete) and even though three of the four corners have small cracks and dents - it still holds extremely firm and my phone is secured. I did buy a tempered glass screen protector separate but have yet to need to replace that either. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but honestly it’s great! I will say the plastic does not look as high quality as the expensive brands but it works and doesn’t seem to fade.
