TOXIC ingredients - yikes!!
I've been using this product for several days for body acne, without looking closely at the ingredients - until tonight. The first thing I noticed is that using this product as a spray, even when spraying far away from the face, causes some serious nose and throat irritation, coughing, etc. So I sprayed it into my hand and applied it manually, which made that problem more tolerable. Although I wish the whole "I feel like I'm breathing toxic fumes" phenomenon would have stopped me sooner. But instead, I kept using it...And indeed, for the first few days this product really seemed to be helping to dry out my breakouts, and then all hell broke loose: The blemishes that had been starting to heal got ANGRY, painful, and very inflamed - with large cystic lumps forming under my skin. I decided to take a closer look at the ingredients, to see if I might be reacting to something, and wow... I got QUITE a surprise:Active Ingredient: Salicylic acid 2% (not surprising, but keep reading)Inactive Ingredients: Acetone (seriously?!), Ammonium Hydroxide (why god why?!?), Disodium EDTA, Glycolic Acid, Witch Hazel, Water, Imidazolidinyl Urea (great, if you enjoy formaldehyde), Polysorbate-20, Purified Water, SD Alcohol 40B 13%, Sodium Benzoate.(Look up each of those unexpected ingredients + keyword "safety" for full understanding of my outrage.)Ok - Honestly I cannot believe I've been putting this stuff on my skin, even just for several days. The product page says: "Replenix pharmaceutical-grade formulas combine natural green tea polyphenols with other proven anti-aging ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides, caffeine and retinol to rejuvenate your complexion." But guess what: You get none of those things with this product. Instead, you basically get nail polish remover with a dash of ammonia and formaldehyde. Holy crap, if I may say so.Amazon, you should seriously, SERIOUSLY include the full ingredient list on the product page. I never would have purchased or used this product if I'd known what's in it. Run far, far away from this product!

Definitely works! We buy this from the dermatologist.
My daughter’s dermatologist recommended this for acne on the back and chest and shoulders. She didn’t actually recommend this- she sold us her own, but it’s exactly the same as this, in the same concentration. My daughter was running out of it though and was nervous as she was about to go on a school trip. So I was very happy to find I could order another bottle here. It really does work, but can stain your clothes, so wait a little while before getting dressed. Also, it has a very strong scent and spray. and so you should hold your breath or cover your face while applying. It is not recommended at all to use on your face.

It does work for stubborn bacne
I’m a 28 y/o male who doesn’t have acne issues, with the exceptions of a few cystic spots on my back. Nothing had worked from washes to any other spray I had tried. Over the course of using this spray for several weeks, the spots have either completely disappeared or become significantly less inflamed. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

WORKS! GR8 for teen with kerotosis pilaris - overgrowth of skin that causes blemishes
My son has kerotosis pilaris (his skin grows so fast it covers over dirt and he has to exfoliate and zap oil, too! This spray helps a lot if he uses it every day his skin stays clear. If he doesn't he starts getting zits right away

Good so far
So I might leave a more detailed review after I’ve tried it longer. I use it for my bumps on my arms and I did see somewhat of a difference, but I will fix my review depending on how well it continues to work. It has a strong odor which isn’t terrible but it is chemical-y so I always hold my breath when I use it.

I don’t like how I feel sticky after using it.

works great!
I recently tried this product after discovering two of their other products which I liked the results of. This spray is perfect for reaching the places you can't, like your back. If you are prone to back acne, whether mild or excessive, this is something you want to try. Spray it on existing pimples and it will dry it up within a day or two tops. If you use it consistently, it will prevent future outbreaks. Just spray and allow to dry before dressing, I use it after I shower and rub in what I can reach and let the rest dry. It works great for me without drying out my skin. I spray it anywhere I get outbreaks on my body, especially my back in those hard to reach spots. I love it and highly recommend giving it a try.
