These bone & joint support capsules are perfect for growing kids and teens. My nephew has pain in his legs most nights from his growth spurts and we have found that regular consumption of these capsules has reduced that pain for him. The main issue we have is that the capsules are large and the recommended dose is 4 capsules a day. As a teenager, my nephew understands that they work, but he resists taking them as they cause his gag reflex to kick in. We have taken to opening the capsules and dumping the powder into a fruit smoothie at night to help him ingest the vitamins & minerals in these capsules more easily.The powder tastes bitter and kind of nasty if you remove it from the capsules, but does not have a taste if you swallow them in capsule form. I love the vitamin content and the quality. I also love that these are made in the USA and so effective at dealing with growth spurts. I think the size of the capsules would be fine for an adult to swallow, but need something smaller for a child/teen to swallow. Other than that, these capsules work great and I would recommend them for any growing kids.

I believe taking 4 tablets daily as the serving size lists, is a downside. Consideration of time and money.

I ordered these for my teen to help with bone and overall health support. These vitamins have a well balanced amount of essential vitamins for bone and joint health needed for growing teens. The size of these pills aren't too big where it's hard to shallow and it doesn't have any after taste to it. Although the serving amount is 4 per day which seems to be a lot, my teen is only taking 2 per day for now. It can get pricey if taking this long term.

You get a broad spectrum of important vitamins like C, D3, E, B2, B6, B12, and K2 as well as Calcium, Folate, Magnesium, Biotin, Zinc, L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, and Kale leaf. All these are in what I consider to be reasonable doses -- 15% to 200% daily value, with most around 100%.On the plus side, this is the rare case where the American flag on the side actually says "Manufactured in the USA" addition to having a GMP certification. It may be unavoidable given what it supplies, but the biggest downside is that the daily recommended dose is four of these 3/4" tablets which I think most children won't be keen on taking. While marketed primarily for growing children and teens, I can see this being a solid choice for adults as well as a broad-base multi-vitamin/mineral supplement as well. Four stars overall because of the difficulty in managing four per day.

Love that these are safe for teens because I got these for my ever-growing son. Four pills per day is not his favorite thing to take but they're full of vitamins and minerals vital for his growth. He's been taking them only 30 days and it will take a while longer to discern their full effect but I will say that the growing pains in his legs have lessened. These are great to compensate for nutritional gaps so I'm less concerned about whether or not he's getting everything he needs (especially since pizza is an entire food group for this kid). He also said he's been getting better sleep quality which is music to my ears!
