This really works
This is a really good product. You do need to read the instructions and take it consistently over the first week. I assume to get it built up in your system. Then it’s half a teaspoon once a day. I take it in my second coffee and I can barely taste the difference. It’s not unpleasant and it doesn’t smell. It mixes right into the drink so you don’t get blobs of powder or anything unpleasant. The only side effect you get is the good things it promises, that you become a much more able, awake and energised you.I highly recommend Nutrition Geeks Creatin for its effectiveness, ease of taking and one packet lasts forever so the price is very doable.

Improved strength and energy.
A good product that's easy to use and mixes into drinks. There's usually a small amount that doesn't dissolve but I don't find it a problem. I believe that I benefit from it and take small amounts consistently which is important. Along with my gym workouts, I'm definitely stronger and I have good energy levels.

Good Product
Too soon to see results. But, the powder dissolves well with both water and milk and is easy to take without taste.I think the results will come after a while so will keep using it with my Whey Protein.

Genuinely think I’m less tired
I am not a big supplement person but after reading about the benefits of creatine for women of a certain age I decided to give it a try. This is a big amount so lasts ages, I started mixing it into a beroca every morning (mixes up no problem and is tasteless) and I really do feel like it helped with my tiredness and brain fog. I’d recommend it for perimenopausal women. It’s quite good value and I was definitely alot more sluggish before I started taking it.

Will continue using!
Let’s start with the absolute witchcraft that is this powder’s solubility.I dump a scoop of this into my morning coffee every single day, and it vanishes faster than my motivation on a Monday morning. No chalky residue, no weird chemical aftertaste, nothing. It doesn't alter the flavor at all. I am still drinking my delicious coffee, but now it’s secretly laced with the power of maximum muscular hypertrophy. It’s perfect. However, we need to talk about the packaging.I cracked open the rather oversized bag for its contents, expecting a glorious mountain of muscle dust to erupt from the top. Instead, I peered over the rim and looked down... down... down into the abyss. Right at the very bottom, huddled together like a tiny colony of lost penguins, was my creatine. The bag doesn’t need to be so big!The product itself is flawless. It dissolves beautifully, tastes like nothing, and does exactly what it says on the…big bag 👀

Tasteless, dissolves really easily in a hot drink. Great value for money

Perfect in my morning coffee
I have this in my coffee every morning and I’m really impressed with it. It mixes in so easily with no lumps at all and doesn’t affect the taste of my coffee. It does exactly what it says and I’m really happy with it.

THE 'INCREASED ENERGY' CLAIMS HAVE NOT WORKED FOR ME
I wasn't quite sure how many stars to give this product. Whilst it seems to tick all the boxes in terms of quality, price, etc, I haven't noticed any increase in my energy levels despite having been taking it for nearly two months now. I thought I'd try it as I had noticed a gradual drop in my energy levels over the past year, or so, which I initially put down to just getting older. (Let's just say I won't see 70 again). Thought about increasing the recommended dosage in case this helped, but read that the excess would just be 'flushed out' or otherwise cause side effects, such as stomach cramps or nausea. So, not sure if the claims that it will definitely increase your energy level is marketing b/s, or if I am expecting too much given my advanced years. Hence three stars. Having said all this, I will probably keep taking it in the hope that it is doing me some good, and maybe, just maybe, it will increase my energy levels a tad.
