Each of the cards in this deck offers a leadership topic with details and instructions on how it's helpful or can be utilized in a managerial or leader position. My eyes glaze over much of the time when I'm faced with reading a book on leadership skills, but for some reason, having a deck of cards in my hand with the same info seems more easily understandable. At the least, I'm better able to focus on this as each card is a snapshot of something I may or may not be able to incorporate in my rapidly changing job. There are concepts included that address project and team management too, and I like the diversity of the content. I keep the deck in my home office and sometimes browse and pick a card when I'm in between appointments or procrastinating on my work. The one negative is the cost, as I feel a price point of just under $60 is a lot for what you're getting. If you're on a budget, comparison shopping or waiting for a lightning deal may be helpful.

The Leader’s Toolkit is a pretty cool concept. I highly recommend this to new and experienced leaders. The actionable leadership tips are easy to sift through to find what you are needing in the moment. The box of cards came nicely packaged and the casing is pretty nice too. Great product and would recommend to any leader.

I can’t say enough great things about this box of cards. I’ve read many leadership books in my career, and I love that this box culminates many of the challenges and struggles a leader faces and puts it into short but impactful cards that can help anyone at any level. They are easy to understand and there is a key to the various lessons and takeaways. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it. Think of it as mini training sessions for your leaders or the leader inside of you!

Interactive, kind of like a "choose your own adventure" design, each card gives you a short overview of a particular subject, but then ties in a dozen other cards, creating an interactive path through whatever you need. Covers leadership, project management, team management....I consider this an absolute essential!

I had my doubts considering the price this kit goes for but honestly if you are using it in a professional environment, compared to most professional growth tools in the industry, this is a steal. Lots of potential inside this one little kit. Everything from handling situations to identifying pain points and addressing team member issues. Worth while for any leader or industry professional looking to grow.
