Mashrabya for Unisex Eau de Parfum Spray, 3.4 Ounce / 100 ml

So happy I made this purchase, was a little nervous because of the scent notes but it didn’t disappoint. If you like smoky, incense, woodsy sweet scents. This perfume/cologne is for you. My signature scent that I love so much is Black Cashmere, Donna Karen but they discontinued it. So I’m always searching for that smoky rich alluring scent. This scent opens with green apple shisha and at first it comes off sharp but then it softens to a sweet warmed incense of tobacco, warm woodsy musk and hints of vanilla and caramel. The dry down on my skin chemistry is magical. I honestly thought it wasn’t going to work for me but I’m in love with this perfume. I really think it can be unisex. The bottle is beautiful and mysterious, heavy and well made. For the scent longevity lasts on my skin for about 7 hrs then turns to a skin scent. If you’re looking for a rich, smoky alluring scent this one could be for you. Great blind buy, very much worth the money!!!

Mashrabya is one of those fragrances that makes perfect sense the moment the temperature drops. The scent sits in the same general territory as Kilian Smoking Hot, with that distinctive combination of sweet apple, tobacco, warm spices, smoke, caramel and vanilla. It has a rich almost shisha-like character that feels considerably more expensive than its price would suggest. But what really sells Mashrabya for me is the feeling of wearing it. This is a great cold-weather fragrance that seems to warm you up from the inside and out. There is something incredibly cozy about the combination of sweetness, spice and smoky warmth. This isn’t what I’d reach for on a hot summer afternoon, but on a chilly evening? Absolutely. It’s also different enough from the usual blue or fresh masculine fragrance that it earns a legitimate place in a larger collection. If you enjoy warm, sweet, tobacco-style fragrances and have been curious about the Smoking Hot DNA, Mashrabya offers a lot of character for the money.

This is an incredible sweet and smoky perfume! I’ve had this for almost six months now and love it. Mashrabaya opens with the scent of dates and caramel, sweetening a dry and rich tobacco. I quickly get the apple shisha. It’s lightly fruity and brings a “steamy” quality to the fragrance, along with the oud smoke— think a bubbling hookah and wet smoke. The cinnamon blends well with the other rich notes and adds a delicious, sweet spice. I don’t get the patchouli or pink pepper in this; just a steamy, sultry and sweet, smoky tobacco fragrance. It reminds me of late teen/early adult years spent dressed up for nights out at hookah lounges. This is a perfectly unisex perfume! I love the way that it smells, but wouldn’t mind smelling it on a man either. It’s smoky and perfect for a date night or night out. Performance-wise, this easily lasts eight hours on my skin and has great projection. I can smell it in clothes the next day. This needed two days of rest after shipping, though. When I first got it there was an odd celery note, but it went away once the fragrance settled. I don’t know how close this is to Smoking Hot (never smelled it), but I absolutely love this for what it is!

Lattafa Mashrabiya is one of the more interesting recent releases from the brand because it targets a newer niche DNA. The positioning is pretty clear. This sits firmly in the Kilian Smoking Hot lane, and from the first spray, the inspiration is easy to pick up. The opening leans warm and slightly edgy. You get a smoky-sweet blast with apple and spice, which immediately sets that Smoking Hot tone. It’s cozy but not purely gourmand. There’s a dry, slightly charred nuance that keeps it from feeling like a dessert fragrance. As it develops, the DNA becomes more recognizable. The mid brings in warm cinnamon, tobacco-like smokiness, and sweet woods, which give it that addictive “sweet but dark” balance Smoking Hot is known for. It sits right between comforting and seductive. The drydown is where Mashrabiya really shines. You get vanilla, smoky woods, and lingering sweetness, creating that warm, slightly burnt-sugar style base that defines the original. It stays smooth and cozy for hours and feels very much in that modern Kilian gourmand-smoke lane. In terms of accuracy, this is one of the better interpretations of the Smoking Hot DNA so far. It captures: - the warm apple sweetness - the smoky shisha backbone - the cozy vanilla base Where it differs from the original is mostly refinement. Smoking Hot has: - smoother blending - more realistic smoky nuance - a more polished evolution Mashrabiya comes across slightly denser and more linear, but the overall vibe is very convincing. Performance is another strong point. Many impressions put this in the strong performer category, especially compared to niche gourmands that can be softer. You get solid longevity and a warm projection bubble that works well in cooler weather. Stylistically, this is firmly in the cozy cold-weather lane. It works best for: - fall and winter - evenings out - date nights - holiday season - colder climates It leans warm, inviting, and slightly seductive rather than loud or aggressive. One thing worth noting is that this DNA is inherently niche-leaning. It’s not a blind-buy-safe mass-appeal scent like blue designers. If you don’t like smoky gourmands, this probably won’t convert you. But if Smoking Hot clicked for you, this makes immediate sense. Overall, Lattafa Mashrabiya succeeds because it captures the emotional appeal of Smoking Hot at a much lower price point. It may not match Kilian’s refinement, but the warmth, sweetness, and smoky character are all there. For fans of cozy, slightly edgy gourmands, it’s a very strong offering in that lane.

I gave it 5 stars because the perfume bu itself is elegant, classy, sexy and bold. I love the perfume because I have tried it before, the problem is that it never arrived and I was refunded. I am waiting for another limited time deal on it to buy it again and if I am lucky it might arrive this time! It is a total banger, don't think twice about it!

I am a Lattafa fan, this fragrance was a challenge for me, I didn’t understand what I was smelling. After about 4 hours this scent was awesome to me. I recommend this product for anyone who loves trying something different. It is hard for me to describe, but this fragrance is unique. On my skin this scent lasts at least 6-7hrs. I really enjoy this fragrance

Complex, bold, smokey. Definitely not for everyone, but can be a fun cold weather scent around the holidays. I can't tell if i love it or hate it, but its growing on me. Not blind buy safe, and it isn't a signature scent for daily wear but it is a fun, mature scent for those that have a collection and like to change with the seasons. 3 stars.

This is a banger. The first time I picked this up was at Marshall’s for $19 bucks and immediately I tried it on at home I almost cried from disgust…. I was heated to say the least. Seen some fragrance reviewers hype it up on “the clock app” and I was like “ain’t no way !!” I tucked it away and didn’t even consider it for months until one faithful day in December I was trying out some of my untouched fragrances and then I sprayed this on the back of my palm and was hit with the most seductive and smoky fragrance I had ever smelled. It had macerated for those couple of months and it was as though it was a completely different fragrance. It’s beast mode, and lasts the whole day. I had a guy get out of his car at the gas pump across from me to tell me how incredible I smelled and how it was deliciously intoxicating!!!! This fragrance is a hidden gem. I purchased a few bottles of mashrabya here also and gifted one to a family member who couldn’t stop sniffing his wrist when I let him try my bottle, and the other one I got is a back up bottle that is sitting unopened under my bed. It’s absolutely back up bottle worthy. I can’t say if it does smell like smoking hot by kilian because I honestly haven’t smelled it, so can’t speak on it being a dupe. But this is an absolute unisex banger, but it does lean more masculine. You have to be an absolutely confident and strong willed woman to pull this off. The smoky and creamy apple accord makes it wearable for both men and women. It’s highly potent, so you don’t need more than 5 sprays, trust me I am an over sprayer. This is a great date night fragrance for the fellas. The bottle size is heavy and very solid. Lattafa did their big one with this one.

Put this on after a shower, just two sprays will be enough! But my girlfriend really loved this scent compared to my more expensive bottles lol, great fragrance for the price, planning on getting a backup bottle, it makes me smell like smoky caramel apple 💯

Extremely good fragrance for any price. A mid sweet apple, tobacco, shisha and smoke scent that really stands out in cold weather. Inspired by Killian Smoking Hot, and while it doesn't reach the rich depth of the original, this makes it easier to wear everyday. This lasts as long as the original (6+ hours) I'm not a Lattafa fan but this is highly recommend.
