Finally, my boat stopped looking like a time traveler from the ’90s. Installation was much easier than I expected, and now my radio fits like it was meant to be there. Good quality, good value, feels durable. 10/10

Finally found the right retrofit kit

Kit was pretty good, I did have to cut away a few extra pieces since it was too wide to fit in my 87 El Camino, but just small cuts. Maybe 3/4 inch on each side. Just look in the instructions and it tells you what pieces you need for your car and the pieces are labeled with the letter and number from the instructions

This does work well for the 1989 Corvette however, I feel like you are paying for a lot of product that you end up recycling because you don't use it.

Go ahead, read the other comments for S10, Sonoma, S15. This one doesnt fit. I thought that the reviews were from people who didnt know how to follow directions. Nope, they were right and I was the dumb one. This product doesnt fit and will sit too low with the instructions (or any other custom job with the pre-made inserts. (This application was for a 2000 GMC Sonoma SLS). I had to cut the brackets off of the AC delco, then drill holes and bolt it together. Move along, find another model or maker.

Universal install kit. A bit confusing with the directions of year and model and what part to cut on the directions. So when you install the kit as per instructions look closely for alignment and holes to install because every model car is different. Other than that it worked great.

Hard to read instructions and decent quality plastics and not enough screws and connectors had to go for the old mounting screws on my oem radio in my 96 beretta. But other than the fact if you pull on it too hard it’ll come out its performed fine

Worked on a 1986 Camaro. Follow the instructions, this kit will work for many different cars and includes lots of extra parts.

Instructions were not great and just wrong but with some trial and error. I got it fits nice flush and high all and all no complaints

Bought this for the aftermarket stereo in my van, fits great, no modification required. Would order again.
