Spry Xylitol Breath Mints Sugar Free, Peppermint, 45 Count - Pack of 6

For me, these mints are a saviour!After a lot of radiotherapy I’ve been left with little to no saliva. My roof of my mouth, tongue and throat are soo dry and uncomfortable and I have to drink water constantly.However, when out and about, I can pop one of these in my mouth and it really helps. Also I find them really helpful during the night when trying to sleep or on waking (for a wee from all the water!) as they freshen and lubricate my mouth.

Real good refreshing taste

I’ve bought 6 of these so far after hearing about the amazing effects of xylitol on your teeth. Using them together with all the other products in Dr Ellie Phillips ‘complete mouthcare system’ (Ultradex mouthwash, followed by brushing teeth with original Crest toothpaste, followed by original or cool mint Listerene & finally using Act Anticavity mouthwash) & only drinking liquids at mealtimes (yes, even water)! After eating & drinking, take 2 xylitol’s (5 times a day) & if you wake up in the night with a dry mouth, have a xylitol instead of a drink. It’s quite a commitment but you can feel your mouth becoming healthier & healthier. I recommend everyone searching out Dr Ellie Phillips for themselves & hear the science behind her system; she has many videos on YouTube which are extremely helpful & informative. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Been on these for 10 months as part of a teeth care plan was waiting for a dental check up to see if anything would be said ,hygienist after checking responded by saying that the teeth and gums were very good and clean and asked what I was using in the way of cleaning aids like flossing,I said none she didn’t now seemed so impressed I told her I was using xylitol she didn’t say that was good or badI think using this improved my teeth if I had been on sugar mints for 10 months I think the outcome would be different it seems dentist don’t acknowledge xylitol, it’s a loss of business for them.Xylitol is expensive so I think these mints are fairly priced as you don’t use them as sweets.

Nice smooth coated mints. Effective in making your mouth feel fresh, while comforting to know you are not damaging your teeth with sugar. There are 240 mints, so you can decant into small packet to carry with you. They should last a while and work out to be value for money and good for teeth.

I don't have much luck in finding sugar-free or reduced calorie alternatives that actually taste nice. Usually I stop using a product because it tastes like battery acid from the onset or has an unpleasant bitter after-taste that lasts for hours. These Spry mints are rather nice though, and I don't experience a bitter taste that would usually prevent me recommending a product such as this. In case anyone is wondering, each mint is approx. 1cm in diameter and has a firm, shiny coating. Inside it has a slightly powdery texture but they do disolve quite nicely if you resist biting down on them. Since they come in the sort of containers more commonly used for vitamins they make a good mint for the car or your bag.

Wow! I'm getting more of these little xylitol gems in one container for a great price! Now that's a bargain!Things I like about "Spry Xylitol Peppermint Sugar Free Candy":-Because xylitol is a sugar-free sweetener, I don't feel guilty popping one or two into my mouth for a fresh perk from time to time!-The mints are small, round, smooth, and do last long enough to freshen my breath!-I much prefer not to add sugar to my diet when there are other healthier alternatives, such as this one!-Xylitol is actually better for the health of my teeth!-These little mints also help to moisturize my mouth!-Lastly, they are quite tasty breath fresheners!😋Something important to note:Xylitol can be deathly toxic to dogs. I am extremely careful to keep these mints safely stored, away from my precious little canine! I don't even keep them in a pocket or out on the counter for later use. It is extremely important to understand this with any food, candy, or other edible item that might have xylitol listed in the ingredients!Bottom line, keeping in mind the one concern above, I highly recommend "Spry Xylitol Peppermint Sugar Free Candy" to anyone who enjoys freshening their breath without adding sugar to their diet!
