Update… They contacted me and offered me a refund . I declined it because they did make the effort and listen to the customer which I was really impressed with. I made those comments because I had no way to contact the seller and I did love the product and I just wanna let them know that they might have a defect. First, I have to say that I never write reviews, but I absolutely love this product. The only reason I gave it a two star is that I’ve only had it since January and it stopped working. I ordered another one because I love it so much but it shouldn’t die after six months.

Very pleased with my purchase-and the price!
I ordered this based on what others had mentioned on their reviews and I am so glad I did. I have been using this device for about two weeks and I can see small positive changes in my complexion. ANYTHING that promises instant results is bogus, but I believe with consistent, daily use, this simple and cost effective device will be a game changer for my skin. I love the gentle warmth, the smooth glide for lymphatic drainage and the red light is clinically proven to be helpful.
