I have tried many thing for brain support since I'm 85 and still trying to keep my memory in tact. For me Lions Mane is the one that works. No side effects either because it's natural, made out of mushrooms. I use the tincture, it's concentrated and tastes good, and the best part, it does the job!

Easy to use. I mix this with my MudWtr daily. I assume it is building new neuropathways. I am remembering more daily things. This is not the only supplement I take for brain health, yet I think it is creating a significant improvement.
