Cannot access the product
This is just plain sad. $240 for a product that one cannot get out of its container. To those wanting to purchase this; observe the reviews. All 5 star or 1 star. 5 star for the 1/3rd fortunate enough to extract the stuff and 1 star for the ⅔rds of us who couldn't get the pump to work. Tried everything... warming in hot water, banging on the top, banging on the bottom, pumping incessantly.... This company needs to go out of business or learn to make a container that delivers the product.

Defective pump ongoing issue with this product
This is a fantastic product, but unfortunately there is a problem with the pump which is defective and it seems to be an ongoing problem. It is expensive but worth it that is if you can get the pump to work, there’s no way to get the product out if the pump does not work

Dispenser doesn't work with the thick cream inside.
Do NOT purchase this product. The Journee "RICH" cream is so thick it does not dispense from the container. The item also has to be destroyed in order to get the top off to find out what is wrong with the dispenser or product.
