While I have initially had the below feedback, the seller has reached out and offered to have the issue fixed. He explained the setup and provided recommendations and even provided alternatives to address the stated problem. Overall this rack is absolutely so useful and I am very satisfied not just with the product but the concern and the time taken by the seller to address the initial product and ensure that the purchaser is satisfied. I am very Impressed, highly recommend it for anyone looking to get one ------- While the rack solves the purpose, but not fully satisfied as there is still few drops of water that sneaks through. Also give the design, it is tough the clean through the grooves

It does the job. it is great for a small counter and can be extended to full size. Recommend it - yes.

I do with the utensil cup snapped into the side. Since it doesn't attach it's easy to over balance. I liker that the drain function is a molded part of the piece. The really nice one this is replacing had the swivel/drain piece break off when I was cleaning it.

** UPDATE- after writing the below review, the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. So, although the product is a poor design and I still don't like it, the seller should be commended for doing that. They didn't have to do that. I noticed the price was also dropped by $12 BUT they are now saying the sides are 3 inches high. That is not true as you can clearly see in my photos. I regret buying this and keeping this (should have returned it!). The side walls are so shallow, (only 2 inches high as you can see in photo) you really can’t “pile” up dishes. I’m afraid to put drinking glasses on there with anything else for fear of it falling (due to the low or shallow sides). There is no place to put glassware as the whole rack has a gentle slope to help water drain, which is a nice feature but the slope is just enough to cause glassware to tip over. And the utility cup holder is just as useless. The sides of it are also shallow it falls over when you put silverware in it, but worse, it does not attach to the shallow sides of the dish rack, so the stupid thing is constantly falling over. I like the size of the rack and that it drains into the sink but it’s really not functional.

IT is smaller but does the job. Maybe not so good for larger family but for 2 people it's great. It's not bulky and can be stored easily. Good job.

Too small for our needs.

This dish rack is perfect for the odd dish that I need to hand wash or for those items that come out of the dishwasher still damp. It has a low profile on my counter and the water drains off easily. highly recommend

Love the design but regarding the metal wire rack, my dishes do not stay put. They keep falling out. Otherwise I really like the dish drainer.
