It's a little tight getting on but once it's up and everything is in place it's surprisingly comfortable. I was able to wear it for 10+ hours, sitting and standing, and could still breathe and eat. It doesn't make me a size 2, but it does smooth out my apron belly and prevent thigh chafing. I could definitely see a different and it made me a little more comfortable than I normally would be with my appearance. I did need help getting the back fully pulled up and back fat tucked in. As someone with an annoyingly large chest (42N), I appreciated being able to wear my own bra (though because of my large chest the straps were slightly awkward, and became bothersome as the night went on).
