I normally buy this brand and bottle in a store with refrigeration but lately I've been so busy I haven't had time to go out of my way to get probiotics. With just a few left in the bottle I had I knew I needed to get busy and order some.Sure these did not arrive with ice packs and I don't know how long they've been out of refrigeration but the truth is these probiotics are alive and well. You can tell because when you first take them they make your gut a little gurgly. Not bad, but still you can tell they are active!I find this brand has always made me feel better over the years and the formulation of the specific probiotics seems to work well for me long term. I decided to go with a brand I trusted and I'm glad I did because this seems to promote gut health and keeps things moving nicely. I don't know if I'm even going to need to take one per day or whether I can take one per week or whenever needed. I take some prebiotics so that may increase the chances of them lasting longer.I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. Good product, works well, keeps in the fridge. The big trick is to take capsules in the morning and then not eat for awhile. This is so you absorb the probiotics into your gut rather than have it bind with food and pass through the system entirely. Someone put me onto this tip, and I had great success once I started doing that. Gentle science easy on the body.

I love this product! I'm a preschool teacher and I was getting a cold every week so a coworker told me a nurse had recommended these probiotics and I bought them to give them a try and they really work. I've been taking two capsules everyday since I got them and they have kept me from getting sick. I totally recommend this product.

The only downside is this supplement requires refrigeration. But they work and they are cost effective at one a day.

Works well for repopulation of the intestines. I need a more well rounded one (higher count and variety), but this brand knows how to do enteric right. I can feel them in my lower abdomen after I take one.

This product requires refrigeration. It came thrown in the box with no ice packs, etc. So I have thrown my money away. It is a super probiotic when kept refrigerated as the bacteria is alive...

I’ve taken this for years and love it. Hesitate to order online because it needs refrigeration. However, it not only arrived sooner than expected, but was packed in dry ice. Would highly recommend this seller.
