I like them a lot and they have been worn a lot and are still going. They fit well inside my shoe, as long as the factory insole is removed and I like that they can easily be moved among different pairs of shoes. They are the best insoles I have tried to date for my high arches. That said, they still aren't quite what I need. My arches and instep are very high, so when I have these in certain pairs of shoes, it raises my foot too much, and the top of the shoe puts too much pressure on the top of my foot. I remember having the hardest time finding shoes that fit my babies' feet when they were little and thinking they had some crazy high insteps--I guess they got it from me! These are durable, as I said, they have lasted through quite a lot of wear and tear over the last 8 months. I renovated a house last summer and wore these every day working on it--they helped my feet immensely! I always have foot pain--no matter what shoes or insoles I wear, but these definitely do reduce it. Review: These are great. I have purchased these twice now to wear to theme parks (we are Universal passholders, so we go often and walk a lot) and I have gotten to the point where if anyone is going with us, I tell them to order these specific ones so that their feet do not hurt!
