Used these while processing my chickens. Barely felt the heat of the boiling water through them. They are however, bulky and awkward to do much with and I have large hands. Someone with smaller hands might find these quite unwieldy. I'm hoping they will loosen up with use, but I over all do like them.

Perfect for butchering chickens

Used both for scalding of chickens on day 1 and the shrink wrapping the next day. Hands remained comfortable in both the 140 and 185 degree water. No leaks. I suspect they will be long lasted based on rubber thicken. I wear a men’s med-lg depending on glove and these fit me well.
