Great price for a mini split
I installed this unit in my 32ft RV and works great. I was surprised of how quiet it is which is perfect for me. The copper line were not long enough for my needs so I purchased a 16ft kit and works great. When I first turned on the heat option it wasn't working, so I assumed that maybe it was a bad malfunction or bad unit but then after 5-10 minutes the fan started blowing hot air! I'm happy with this purchase.

You can't get missing parts for the outside unit.
CANNOT GET MISSING PARTS! The company will only replace the entire unit (inside and outside) for the one missing grill and screws. The part was never installed. Now I'm concerned about ever needing parts and what to do. Be cautious when ordering this unit. It runs great and is quiet.

Quiet!
Just got my Yitahome 12,000 BTU mini split installed. It's not hot enough yet to see how it works cooling down the room. But when we turned it on it was so quiet we couldn't really tell if it was working or not. It was, blowing out nice cool air. It's like being stopped at a stop light and having a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud pull next to you. You can see it, know it's there but can't hear it!

EASY TO INSTALL
I bought this product - 12,000 BTU, 115V in January and took my time installing it. I would break it up into 2 parts. Install your electric FIRST. Make 100% certain the 20 amp switch is working before you proceed with the installation guide. The installation guide is very helpful. TAKE YOUR TIME, read the instructions (even sleep on it if you aren't certain) before you proceed with each step. There aren't very many steps to this installation. ***One thing the instructions or product information isn't clear about is that this unit most likely WILL NOT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL REFRIGERANT. They disclose this on their website, but not here on Amazon. If you use the 16ft copper refrigerant lines that come with the product, no refrigerant is needed.
