I was measuring precise and got 17" long, 11 3/4" wide and 10 1/2" tall. It is not 12.5" tall.

is the bucket good for soaking your feet?

Yes, but i soak feet in bucket with washboard integrated. Off-label use, but very functional

Is there a ridge, or indent on the bottom which makes grabbing and tipping it easier?
