I purchased these pills to help with digestion, bloat, and recent weight gain. I am a 40 year old women and have been experiencing some recent changes with my body. I was hopeful to resolve this and thought I try a few things. I had a recent glp1 journey that lasted 3 months. I did not do well on those medications. I have been taking the digestive enzymes with the probiotics for about a month. I didn’t notice any taste or smell so taking these pills were pretty easy. I tried to be consistent with taking the digestive enzymes after meals. While I noticed that it helped with my bloat and stomach upset, I didn’t notice any changes in my weight. I was hopeful it would but maybe if I continue taking this will change. I would recommend this to anyone looking to boost their gut health or looking to resolve bloat. I would purchase these pills again.
